大功率LED工礦燈散熱設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:LED光源為冷光源,其擁有著不少其它一般傳統(tǒng)照明光源無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì),它具有光效強(qiáng)、壽命長(zhǎng)、安全、節(jié)能、環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在日常生活和工農(nóng)業(yè)照明中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。這些優(yōu)勢(shì)都是其它傳統(tǒng)光源所不具有的。而以LED為光源的照明燈具的壽命受到LED燈珠光源工作溫度的影響,溫度越高,其壽命越短。因此近年來(lái)對(duì)大功率LED燈具的散熱設(shè)計(jì)和研究成為L(zhǎng)ED照明燈具中的重點(diǎn)研究課題。本課題是應(yīng)一家公司要求,對(duì)一款150 W的大功率LED工礦燈的散熱器進(jìn)行重新改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),將其原來(lái)的強(qiáng)制風(fēng)冷散熱裝置Y 更為自然對(duì)流散熱裝置。在滿足客戶成本,散熱系統(tǒng)重量等方面要求的前提下,將LED光源節(jié)溫控制在85℃以下,論文主要從以下幾方面展開(kāi)研究:①在客戶給定約束條件下,通過(guò)自然對(duì)流換熱理論,將太陽(yáng)花等效為一般的散熱片模型,通過(guò)計(jì)算換熱過(guò)程中的瑞利數(shù),計(jì)算得到在給定約束條件下的太陽(yáng)花FIN片間的等效間距,結(jié)合太陽(yáng)花散熱器的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),最終確定了太陽(yáng)花散熱器的尺寸、重量、加工工藝、制造成本等重要參數(shù)。②構(gòu)建了所設(shè)計(jì)150W大功率LED工礦燈的試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),在環(huán)境溫度為28℃條件下對(duì)燈具正常的散熱性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。③通過(guò)等效簡(jiǎn)化,建立了散熱器的散熱性能數(shù)值模型,采用電子散熱模擬軟件ICEPAK對(duì)散熱器的散熱能力進(jìn)行了模擬,同時(shí)分析了散熱器空間位置的溫度分布,散熱器的導(dǎo)熱、散熱性能。通過(guò)上面的研究,本文得到如下的結(jié)果:在燈具為150W,燈珠為126顆條件下,散熱器設(shè)計(jì)尺寸為直徑200 mm,高200mm,FIN數(shù)量為48片,FIN片間平均距離為8.6 mm,對(duì)流換熱系數(shù)約為4.3 W/m2K,重量約3.5kg,總成本約158元人民幣。試驗(yàn)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)得到,散熱器底部最高溫度為54℃,PCB基板背面溫度為64℃,可以推斷散熱器底面實(shí)際的最高溫度約為60℃左右,LED節(jié)溫小于85℃,與理論計(jì)算吻合良好。數(shù)值模擬顯示,在工作環(huán)境溫度為25℃條件下,散熱器最高溫度為60℃,與上述實(shí)際測(cè)試有3℃的差異,這主要是由于測(cè)試點(diǎn)的位置不是散熱器最高溫度點(diǎn)所導(dǎo)致的。但是總體看,理論估算參數(shù),試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果,數(shù)值模擬得到的數(shù)據(jù),三者還是較為吻合的。

It has the advantages of strong light efficiency, long life, safety, energy saving, environmental protection and so on. It has been widely used in daily life and industrial and agricultural lighting. These advantages are not available to other traditional light sources. The service life of LED lamp is affected by the working temperature of LED lamp-bead light source. The higher the temperature is, the shorter the life of the lamp is. Therefore, in recent years, the heat dissipation design and research of high-power LED lamps and lanterns has become an important research topic in LED lighting lamps and lanterns. In response to the request of a company, the radiator of a 150W high-power LED lamp is redesigned and its original forced air-cooled cooling device Y is made more natural convective heat dissipation device.
