氰化渣中銅鉛的浮選回收試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:氰化渣中含有多種有價(jià)金屬,但渣中有價(jià)金屬的回收一直是黃金行業(yè)的難題。以山東某黃金企業(yè)的氰化渣為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分離浮選試驗(yàn)研究,確定了氰化渣中銅鉛浮選回收的最佳工藝流程和藥劑制度。最終閉路試驗(yàn)得到了鉛品位66.48%、鉛回收率89.91%的鉛精礦和銅品位15.51%、銅回收率69.09%的銅精礦,實(shí)現(xiàn)了該氰化渣中鉛銅的分離回收。
[Abstract]:Cyanide slag contains a variety of valuable metals, but the recovery of valuable metals from the slag has been a difficult problem in the gold industry. Taking cyanide slag from a gold enterprise in Shandong province as the research object, the optimum flotation process and reagent system for copper and lead recovery from cyanide slag were determined by separation flotation experiment. The final closed-circuit test obtained the lead grade 66.48%, the lead recovery 89.91% lead concentrate and copper grade 15.51%, copper recovery 69.09% copper concentrate, the separation and recovery of lead and copper from the cyanide slag.
