某銅鉬浮選分離廢水的化學(xué)沉淀—絮凝沉降試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:云南某銅礦銅鉬浮選分離廢水硫、氟含量非常高,直接回用嚴(yán)重影響銅鉬混合浮選指標(biāo)。試驗(yàn)采用化學(xué)沉淀—絮凝沉降法處理該廢水,考察了沉淀劑用量、攪拌反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)廢水脫硫、脫氟的影響,絮凝劑種類、用量、p H值對(duì)反應(yīng)后廢水絮凝效果的影響,并對(duì)處理前后廢水的回用情況進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。研究表明:在廢水初始p H=12.5,硫沉淀劑綠礬用量為83.33 g/L,氟沉淀劑石灰用量為40 g/L,攪拌反應(yīng)時(shí)間為60 min情況下,硫去除率為93.37%,氟去除率為98.52%;新型絮凝劑M5250用量為50 mg/L時(shí),澄清水的濁度為8.1 FTU。處理后的銅鉬分離廢水部分回用于礦石的磨礦和銅鉬混浮作業(yè),可明顯改善銅鉬混浮效果。因此,化學(xué)沉淀—絮凝沉降工藝在處理某銅鉬分離廢水中的硫和氟方面,具有簡(jiǎn)單、快速、高效的特征,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益顯著。
[Abstract]:Copper-molybdenum flotation wastewater from a copper mine in Yunnan Province has a very high sulfur and fluorine content, which has a serious impact on the flotation index of copper-molybdenum mixed flotation by direct reuse of copper and molybdenum. The chemical precipitation-flocculation precipitation method was used to treat the wastewater. The effects of the dosage of precipitator, the stirring reaction time on the desulphurization and defluorination of the wastewater, the type and dosage of flocculant and the pH value on the flocculation effect of the wastewater after the reaction were investigated. The reuse of wastewater before and after treatment was compared. The results show that the removal rate of sulfur is 93.37% when the initial pH of wastewater is 12.5, the dosage of sulfur precipitator is 83.33 g / L, the dosage of fluoride precipitator lime is 40 g / L, the stirring time is 60 min, the removal rate of sulfur is 93.37%. The fluoride removal rate was 98.52%; When the dosage of new flocculant M5250 is 50 mg/L, the turbidity of clarified water is 8.1 FTU.. The treated Cu-Mo separation wastewater can be used partly for grinding and mixed flotation of ores, which can obviously improve the flotation effect of Cu-Mo. Therefore, the chemical precipitation-flocculation sedimentation process is simple, rapid and efficient in the treatment of sulfur and fluorine in a copper-molybdenum separation wastewater. The economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
