干河礦2#煤層旺采區(qū)圍巖的物理力學(xué)特性測(cè)試

【摘要】:為了滿足干河煤礦旺采試驗(yàn)區(qū)采場(chǎng)煤巷布置和支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)需求,并對(duì)地下水防治提出相關(guān)技術(shù)措施,利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣、電鏡掃描(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、力學(xué)試驗(yàn)等方法,對(duì)采場(chǎng)圍巖礦物成分和力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)測(cè)試。根據(jù)鉆孔取芯統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果,頂?shù)装迤骄鶐r石質(zhì)量指標(biāo)低于30%,圍巖完整性差。XRD分析表明,砂質(zhì)泥巖含黏土礦物總量約19%,黏土礦物主要成分為I/S混層和高嶺土,相對(duì)含量達(dá)85%以上。SEM試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),圍巖含溶蝕孔、層片狀特征及大量的黏土礦物分布,需要加強(qiáng)地下水防治。力學(xué)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,頂板砂質(zhì)泥巖抗壓強(qiáng)度離散性較大,頂板巖性不均,需要根據(jù)圍巖性質(zhì)及時(shí)調(diào)整錨桿支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of coal roadway layout and support design in Wangwang mining area of Ganhe Coal Mine, the relevant technical measures for groundwater prevention and control were put forward. The methods of on-site sampling, scanning (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), mechanics test and so on were used. The mineral composition and mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock of the stope are tested. According to the statistical results of borehole coring, the average rock quality index of top and floor is less than 30%, and the integrity of surrounding rock is poor. XRD analysis shows that the total clay mineral content of sandy mudstone is about 19%, and the main composition of clay mineral is I S mixed layer and kaolinite. SEM tests show that the surrounding rock contains corrosion holes, lamellar characteristics and a large number of clay minerals distribution, so it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of groundwater. The mechanical test results show that the compressive strength of the top sand mudstone is discrete and the roof lithology is uneven. It is necessary to adjust the bolt support design in time according to the properties of the surrounding rock.
