基于工程類比煤巷支護(hù)智能預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical research results of coal roadway support and the investigation of the production line, six main factors affecting the support design of coal roadway with engineering ratio method are analyzed and studied. By means of first-line survey questionnaire and laboratory measurement, 52 typical roadway data of coal roadway support were obtained, and the knowledge base of typical cases of coal roadway support design was established based on the achievements of experts in the field. Based on the latest artificial intelligence technology, computer technology and visual design method, an intelligent prediction system for engineering analogical coal roadway support is developed. The engineering analogy, field measurement and professional theory are combined organically to realize the prediction and optimization of supporting scheme of roadway to be tested, which brings into play the advantages of engineering analogy method in supporting design to a great extent. The system is used to predict the supporting scheme of Huozhou Coal Mine in Shanxi Province, and the predicted results are in good agreement with the actual situation. The research and development and application of the system have certain practical value to utilize the information technology to exert the advantage of engineering analogy and to improve the actual supporting effect of coal roadway.
