煤炭儲(chǔ)配輸送系統(tǒng)的控制與設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:The coal storage and distribution base, that is, the Caofeidian Digital Coal Storage and Distribution Base Project (hereinafter referred to as "this project" or "the project") is a large-scale coal storage and distribution base with a total coal circulation of 25 million tons and a dynamic storage capacity of seven hundred and twenty thousand tons in the first phase. Caofeidian Port area is a key planning project, the completion of the country will become a large flow, digital, high-precision coal storage and distribution center. The design scheme of integrated automation system is composed of "network scheme", "production process control system", "coal blending expert system", "monitoring and dispatching security system", "computer room system", "information management system" and so on. The design of production process control system and coal blending system are the main ones. The large-scale programmable controller is used as the control core of the production process control system. The central control task of each related process equipment is accomplished by the communication control mode between the master station and the slave station alone or in linkage. The control scope of the coal storage system is all controlled equipment from the start of the coal belt conveyor to the end of the stacker, and the control scope of the loading and transporting system is all controlled equipment from the beginning of the reclaimer to the end of the loading and transporting station. The engineering design realizes the centralized monitoring and process control of the storage, blending and transportation of the equipment with 17 belt machines as the main body, and provides the interface to the circular stacker and take-up machine and the high-pressure system. According to the requirement, the coal blending expert system is used to optimize the blending of coal in the process of taking and loading, to realize the digital and precise blending of coal, to produce commercial thermal coal to meet the custom demand of customers, to improve the added value of coal and to maximize the benefit of the enterprise.
