考慮長期穩(wěn)定性的深井采區(qū)上山保護煤柱合理留設

【摘要】:采區(qū)上山保護煤柱的長期穩(wěn)定性對礦井安全生產(chǎn)具有重要影響,針對孔莊煤礦典型深部開采中IV1采區(qū)上山保護煤柱的蠕變變形及長期穩(wěn)定性問題,采用現(xiàn)場實測、蠕變試驗及數(shù)值模擬相結合的方法開展研究,F(xiàn)場實測表明,7433工作面超前支承壓力明顯影響范圍為73 m。基于蠕變試驗結果,采用改進的Burgers模型回歸求得煤樣蠕變參數(shù),在此基礎上,對煤柱的蠕變特性及長期穩(wěn)定性進行了數(shù)值模擬計算。結果表明,當煤柱寬度大于85 m時,再增加煤柱寬度,其趨于穩(wěn)定的時間及蠕變變形量相差不大,當煤柱寬度小于85 m時,隨著煤柱寬度減小,煤柱趨于穩(wěn)定的時間越來越長,變形量也逐漸增大?紤]深井煤柱的長期穩(wěn)定性,IV1采區(qū)上山保護煤柱的合理寬度不應小于85 m。礦壓監(jiān)測結果表明,監(jiān)測期內上山保護煤柱處于較好的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The long-term stability of Shangshan protective pillar in the mining area has an important influence on the safety of mine production. In view of the creep deformation and long-term stability of the IV1 coal pillar in the typical deep mining area of Kongzhuang Coal Mine, the field measurement is adopted. The method of combining creep test with numerical simulation is studied. The field measurement shows that the influence range of leading supporting pressure in 7433 face is 73 m. Based on the creep test results, the creep parameters of coal samples are obtained by using the improved Burgers model. On the basis of this, the creep characteristics and long-term stability of coal pillars are numerically simulated. The results show that when the width of coal pillar is larger than 85 m, when the width of coal pillar is larger than 85 m, the time of stabilization and creep deformation is not much different. When the width of coal pillar is less than 85 m, the time of stabilization of coal pillar becomes longer and longer as the width of coal pillar decreases. The deformation also increases gradually. Considering the long-term stability of deep coal pillar, the reasonable width of IV1 coal pillar should not be less than 85 m. The monitoring results of mine pressure show that the coal pillar of mountain protection is in a good stable state during the monitoring period.
