新型捕收劑DWD-3用于司家營一期混磁精反浮選脫硅

【摘要】:鐵礦選礦廠使用脂肪酸類陰離子捕收劑反浮選鐵礦物,存在捕收劑用量大、所需浮選溫度高、浮選指標差等問題。東北大學研發(fā)了一種新型酰胺基羧酸捕收劑DWD-3,并應用于司家營混磁精反浮選脫硅。實驗室試驗結果表明,在浮選溫度為25℃,粗選礦漿pH=11.5、DWD-3用量為400 g/t、CaCl_2用量為400 g/t、玉米淀粉用量為1 000 g/t時,經(jīng)1粗1精3掃閉路反浮選,能獲得精礦鐵品位66.48%、回收率80.32%,尾礦鐵品位16.35%的指標。以捕收劑DWD-3代替現(xiàn)場捕收劑GK-68可使浮選溫度由40℃降至25℃,并且精礦鐵品位提高了0.39個百分點、回收率提高了2.23個百分點,尾礦鐵品位降低了1.57個百分點。對浮選產(chǎn)品分析表明,精礦中存在20μm以下的緊密連生體;尾礦中有大量較大顆粒連生體,且連生體中鐵礦物與脈石部分相互浸染連生,是尾礦鐵品位較高的原因。
