露天礦用鉆機鉆具接頭螺紋接觸分析
[Abstract]:Fully hydraulic open pit drilling rig has been widely used in metallurgy, coal, petroleum and other industrial sectors. Our country has been developed and used one after another. Drilling tools (including power head, drill pipe, drill bit) are the main working parts of open-pit drilling rigs in the process of operation, so they need to be disassembled frequently. It is difficult to disassemble, which affects the progress of work, and results in serious waste. Therefore, it is necessary to study the distribution of contact stress and equivalent stress at the thread joint of drill tool, optimize it, prolong the service life of drill tool and improve the economic benefit. In this paper, the LWD-200B drilling rig is taken as the research object, the contact analysis of five different tooth profiles is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS, and the distribution of the contact stress and the equivalent stress at the thread connection of the drill tool is studied under the influence of the abutment, and the distribution of the contact stress and the equivalent stress are studied. The distribution law of each stress is obtained, and the cause of failure is found. At the same time, the relationship between the stress on the shoulder and the force on the screw teeth is discussed. Based on the analysis, the improvement scheme of structural parameters is put forward. Numerical simulation was carried out. The numerical simulation results show that the optimization can effectively improve the stress distribution concentration at the joint and improve the fatigue strength of the thread. By analyzing the stress distribution rule of screw thread, the factors affecting the service life of thread are obtained, and the parameters are optimized. It provides important theoretical guidance for improving the service life and safe operation of screw threads.
