利用銀山礦半自磨頑石做立磨機介質(zhì)的磨礦試驗研究

【摘要】:隨著我國銅礦石的大規(guī)模開發(fā),礦石開采品位越來越低,礦物嵌布粒度越來越細(xì)。傳統(tǒng)的兩段球磨工藝難以達(dá)到細(xì)度要求,需要采用立式攪拌磨等設(shè)備進(jìn)行細(xì)磨。由于立式攪拌磨采用鋼球作為磨礦介質(zhì),鐵質(zhì)容易污染礦物表面,導(dǎo)致礦物可浮性變化大,影響到選別指標(biāo)。本文針對江銅集團(tuán)銀山選廠的再磨系統(tǒng),提出了利用半自磨排出的部分頑石作為立磨機的磨礦介質(zhì)進(jìn)行再磨的新思路,減輕了鐵質(zhì)污染,節(jié)約了磨礦成本。整個磨礦工藝可用半自磨+球磨+破碎+頑石立磨來表示。本文利用頑石具有一定的力學(xué)性質(zhì)和機械強度這種特性,進(jìn)行了頑石自磨試驗,驗證頑石作為磨礦介質(zhì)的可行性。然后在實驗室中研究了磨礦操作參數(shù)對頑石磨礦過程的影響,確定了頑石磨礦的最佳條件及頑石的消耗量,計算出頑石替代鋼球的方法和頑石介質(zhì)的尺寸大小;最后進(jìn)行了頑石替代鋼球的現(xiàn)場工業(yè)試驗,穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)后,進(jìn)行了指標(biāo)考查和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益計算。得出以下研究結(jié)果:1、JK落重沖擊試驗和研磨試驗表明,礦石的抗沖擊破碎能力屬于JK數(shù)據(jù)庫“中”等級范疇,礦石的抗研磨能力屬于JK數(shù)據(jù)庫“中硬”等級范疇,礦石抗研磨能力較強;隨著礦石開采深度的增加,礦石抗壓強度增加,半自磨產(chǎn)生的頑石強度也愈大,有利于作為磨礦介質(zhì),抗壓強度最大的頑石直徑分布在30-40mm之間。頑石在立磨機中自磨時,磨損部分細(xì)度-0.045mm大于69.89%,達(dá)到了磨礦產(chǎn)品細(xì)度要求。2、實驗室中頑石磨礦的最佳磨礦條件為:磨礦樣量5 kg,磨礦時間為3min,磨礦濃度為65%,介質(zhì)充填率為60%。磨礦產(chǎn)品的細(xì)度為56%,此時現(xiàn)場頑石的消耗量為13.3t/d。3、頑石、與頑石等質(zhì)量鋼球、等比表面積鋼球和等體積鋼球這四種磨礦介質(zhì)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),頑石與等質(zhì)量的鋼球具有相同磨礦效果。在相同的磨礦細(xì)度下,頑石介質(zhì)的磨礦產(chǎn)品粒度組成更加合理,且減少了鐵質(zhì)污染,浮選更加穩(wěn)定,精礦回收率更高。4、頑石取代鋼球工業(yè)試驗表明,在達(dá)到旋流器溢流細(xì)度-0.045mm占80%前提下,浮選給料中易選合格增加了7.37%,二段銅硫回收率提高了1.2個百分點,總回收率提高0.9個百分點以上;立磨機的電耗降低了16.67%,年產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)效益572.29萬元。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale exploitation of copper ore in China, the ore mining grade becomes lower and lower, and the particle size of mineral embedding becomes more and more fine. The traditional two-stage ball milling process is difficult to meet the requirements of fineness, so it is necessary to use vertical stirring mill and other equipment for fine grinding. Because steel ball is used as grinding medium in vertical agitation mill, iron is easy to pollute mineral surface, which leads to great change of floatability of mineral and affects separation index. In view of the regrinding system of Yinshan Concentrator of Jiangcopper Group, a new idea of regrinding using some recalcitrant stone discharged from semi-self-grinding as grinding medium of vertical mill is put forward in this paper. The iron pollution is reduced and the grinding cost is saved. The whole grinding process can be represented by semi-self-grinding ball mill crushing recalculating stone vertical mill. Based on the mechanical properties and mechanical strength of recalcitrant rock, the self-grinding test of recalcitrant stone is carried out to verify the feasibility of refractory stone as grinding medium. Then, the influence of grinding operation parameters on refractory stone grinding process is studied in laboratory, the optimum condition of refractory stone grinding and the consumption of recalcitrant stone are determined, and the method of replacing steel ball with refractory stone and the size of refractory medium are calculated. Finally, the field industrial test of refractory stone replacing steel ball is carried out. After stable production, the index check and economic benefit calculation are carried out. The results are as follows: 1. The drop weight impact test and grinding test of JK show that the impact crushing resistance of the ore belongs to the "grade" category in the JK database, and the grinding resistance of the ore belongs to the category of "hard" in the JK database. The ability of anti-grinding of ore is strong; With the increase of the ore mining depth, the compressive strength of the ore increases, and the recalcitrant strength produced by semi-self-grinding increases, which is beneficial to be used as grinding medium. The diameter of the refractory rock with the largest compressive strength is distributed between 30-40mm. When the recalcitrant stone is self-grinding in the vertical mill, the wear part fineness-0.045mm is more than 69.89%, which meets the grinding product fineness requirement. 2. The optimum grinding condition of the refractory stone grinding in the laboratory is as follows: grinding sample volume of 5 kg, grinding time is 3 min, The grinding concentration is 65% and the filling rate is 60%. The fineness of the grinding product is 56%, and the consumption of refractory stone in the field is 13.3t 路d. 3. The study of the four grinding media, such as the mass steel ball, the equal specific surface area steel ball and the equal volume steel ball, of the refractory stone and the recalcitrant stone, has found that there are four kinds of grinding medium. The recalcitrant stone has the same grinding effect as the steel ball of equal mass. Under the same grinding fineness, the grain size composition of grinding product of refractory stone medium is more reasonable, and the iron pollution is reduced, the flotation is more stable and the recovery of concentrate is higher. 4. The industrial test of refractory stone replacing steel ball shows that On the premise that the hydrocyclone overflow fineness-0.045mm accounts for 80%, the eligible separation rate in flotation feed is increased by 7.37%, the recovery rate of copper and sulfur in the second stage is increased by 1.2 percentage points, and the total recovery rate is increased by more than 0.9 percentage points. The power consumption of the vertical mill is reduced by 16.67% and the annual economic benefit is 5.7229 million yuan.
