【摘要】：以昭通褐煤為原料,通過堿溶酸析法提取腐植酸,探討各工藝條件下褐煤腐植酸的提取率、腐植酸的品質(zhì),并對提完腐植酸后剩余的褐煤腐黑物進行熱解氣化,以熱解產(chǎn)物分布、熱解氣及焦油的組成為指標,研究其熱解氣化特性,為開發(fā)"腐植酸的提取——腐黑物的低溫熱解"梯級利用提供基礎數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)果表明:1.5%Na OH、70℃反應溫度和3h反應時間、2MPa壓力下腐植酸的產(chǎn)率較高,可達到41%以上,得到的腐植酸的總酸性官能團含量可高達6.8mmol/g,其中主要的羧基官能團含量達到4.4mmol/g,腐植酸的灰分產(chǎn)率為14.23%,其對金屬元素吸附大小順序為AlSiFeCaKMg。腐黑物(殘渣)熱解氣產(chǎn)率為15.72%,焦油產(chǎn)率為2.29%,熱解氣中主要的成分有H2、CO、CO2、CH4,其中H2的含量最高可達38.2%,焦油的組分較重且極為復雜,熱解半焦的固定碳含量有所提高,熱解產(chǎn)物中各組分的含量及比值隨熱解工藝條件的變化有所改變。
[Abstract]:Using Zhaotong lignite as raw material, humic acid was extracted from Zhaotong lignite by alkaline acid precipitation.
