基于層次分析法的碳酸錳礦選礦工藝決策模型

【摘要】:層次分析法在決策分析中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,為了嘗試證明層次分析法可有效對選礦廠選礦工藝進行決策評價,探討層次分析法在選礦工藝決策過程中的可行性,針對廣西某碳酸鹽型低品位錳礦,在已有的試驗研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過嘗試采用層次分析法(AHP)對五種選礦方案分別從精礦的品位、回收率和產(chǎn)率三個方向進行評價,對各矩陣的賦值以試驗結(jié)果為依據(jù)進行賦值打分確定,得出各層級因素的權(quán)重并進行分析。結(jié)果表明,單排序及總目標排序具有滿意的一致性,在先考慮在保證品位的情況下,應(yīng)該選取磁選作為最佳的選礦工藝。在考慮品位為最重要的指標,應(yīng)該選擇磁選+反浮選作為最佳的選礦工藝,結(jié)果同原有試驗研究結(jié)果基本符合,表明層次分析法用于選礦工藝決策是可行的。
[Abstract]:The analytic hierarchy process has a wide application in decision analysis. In order to try to prove that the analytic hierarchy process can effectively make a decision-making evaluation on the ore dressing process of the ore dressing plant, the feasibility of the analytic hierarchy process in the decision-making process of the ore dressing process is discussed, and the low-grade manganese ore of a certain carbonate type in Guangxi, On the basis of the existing test research, by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the grade, the recovery rate and the yield of the concentrate, the assignment of each matrix is determined based on the test results. And the weight of each level factor is obtained and analyzed. The results show that the single-order and the total target ordering have the satisfactory consistency, and in the case of ensuring the grade, the magnetic separation should be selected as the best ore-dressing process. In order to consider grade as the most important index, the magnetic separation and reverse flotation should be selected as the best ore dressing process, and the result is basically in accordance with the original test results, which indicates that the analytic hierarchy process is feasible for the decision making of the ore dressing process.
