【摘要】：新疆某鏡鐵礦礦石TFe含量為35.20%,CaO含量為30.64%;鐵礦物主要為鏡鐵礦,脈石礦物主要為方解石和石英。礦石中鏡鐵礦嵌布粒度微細(xì),屬于難選鐵礦石。為考察礦石磁化焙燒過程物相轉(zhuǎn)變規(guī)律,進(jìn)行了焙燒溫度、焙燒時(shí)間和配煤比對(duì)其磁化焙燒效果、鐵物相轉(zhuǎn)變過程的影響規(guī)律試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:在配煤比為12%、焙燒溫度為800℃、焙燒時(shí)間為75 min條件下還原焙燒后,焙燒產(chǎn)品磨細(xì)至-0.074 mm占90%,在磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度為120 k A/m條件下弱磁選,可獲得鐵品位為65.95%、回收率77.70%的指標(biāo)。焙燒溫度對(duì)鏡鐵礦磁化焙燒過程影響顯著。焙燒溫度低于800℃時(shí)鏡鐵礦磁化焙燒轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镕e_3O_4,焙燒溫度為800℃時(shí),焙燒產(chǎn)品Fe_3O_4含量最高;焙燒溫度高于800℃時(shí),部分Fe_3O_4又被還原為FeO,產(chǎn)生過還原現(xiàn)象;焙燒溫度為900℃時(shí),焙燒產(chǎn)品FeO含量最高;焙燒溫度達(dá)到1 000℃時(shí)部分FeO被還原成金屬Fe。此過程與磁選結(jié)果的變化規(guī)律相符。另外,焙燒溫度達(dá)到900℃時(shí),部分Fe2O3與CaO反應(yīng),生成了2CaO·Fe_2O_3,不能通過弱磁選回收。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為該鏡鐵礦資源的合理利用提供了技術(shù)參考。
