甲基纖維素的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)及其對滑石浮選的影響

【摘要】:通過浮選試驗、吸附試驗及動電位測試,研究不同溫度下甲基纖維素在滑石表面的吸附行為,考察溫度對滑石表面已吸附的甲基纖維素抑制效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:當溫度較低時,甲基纖維素溶解在水中,通過疏水作用吸附在滑石表面,吸附量較低,對滑石的抑制效果較弱;隨著溫度升高,甲基纖維素從溶液中析出,沉積在滑石表面,吸附量較大,抑制效果較強。已經(jīng)吸附在滑石表面的甲基纖維素的抑制效果也受溫度影響,溫度升高會導(dǎo)致吸附的甲基纖維素層的抑制效果減弱,且這種變化是可逆的,溫度再降低會使甲基纖維素吸附層的抑制效果再次增強,這是由于溫度較低時滑石表面吸附的甲基纖維素通過羥基與水分子形成氫鍵而結(jié)合,導(dǎo)致礦物表面親水性較強,從而對滑石產(chǎn)生較強的抑制作用;當溫度升高時,甲基纖維素分子失去結(jié)合水,含水量降低,對滑石抑制效果減弱。
[Abstract]:The adsorption behavior of methyl cellulose on talc surface at different temperatures was studied by flotation test, adsorption test and potentiodynamic test. The effect of temperature on the inhibition effect of adsorbed methyl cellulose on talc surface was investigated. The results showed that when the temperature was low, methyl cellulose dissolved in water and adsorbed on the surface of talc by hydrophobic interaction, the adsorption amount was lower, and the inhibition effect on talc was weak. With the increase of temperature, methyl cellulose precipitated from the solution and deposited on the surface of talc. The inhibition effect of methyl cellulose which has been adsorbed on talc surface is also affected by temperature. The increase of temperature will weaken the inhibition effect of the adsorbed methyl cellulose layer, and this change is reversible. When the temperature is lower, the inhibition of the adsorption layer of methyl cellulose will be enhanced again, which is due to the fact that when the temperature is low, the methyl cellulose adsorbed on the talc surface combines with the water molecule by forming a hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl group and the water molecule, which leads to the stronger hydrophilicity on the mineral surface. Thus, it has a strong inhibitory effect on talc. When the temperature increases, the molecular of methyl cellulose loses the binding water, the water content decreases, and the inhibition effect on talc is weakened.
