基于粒子群算法的螺旋鉆錨桿回收裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為提高錨桿回收裝置的鉆進(jìn)效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)輕量化,以錨桿回收裝置的螺旋鉆桿為研究對(duì)象,以鉆桿的內(nèi)徑和外徑、葉片厚度、螺距、螺旋升角、轉(zhuǎn)速、頭數(shù)以及葉片高度為優(yōu)化參數(shù),以鉆桿輸送效率最高、重量最輕、二次破碎率最高為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),采用粒子群算法對(duì)鉆桿結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化,結(jié)果表明錨桿回收裝置的鉆進(jìn)效率提高了31.4%,重量減輕了12.7%,二次破碎率提高了48.7%,提高了錨桿回收效率,增強(qiáng)了螺旋鉆桿的耐磨程度和強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the drilling efficiency of the bolt recovery device and realize lightweight, the helical drill pipe of the bolt recovery device is taken as the research object. The inner and outer diameter of the drill pipe, the thickness of the blade, the pitch of the screw, the spiral rising angle, and the rotational speed are taken as the research object. The optimum parameters are the number of heads and the height of the blade. The optimum targets are the highest conveying efficiency of drill pipe, the lightest weight and the highest secondary breakage rate. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of drill pipe structure. The results show that the drilling efficiency of the bolt recovery unit is increased by 31.4, the weight is reduced by 12.7, the secondary crushing rate is increased by 48.7, the recovery efficiency of the anchor rod is improved, and the wear resistance and strength of the screw drill pipe are enhanced.
