基于多傳感器數(shù)據(jù)融合的液壓支架高度測(cè)量方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)綜采工作面液壓支架高度測(cè)量困難和測(cè)量結(jié)果不準(zhǔn)確等問題,以兩柱掩護(hù)式液壓支架為例,推導(dǎo)了利用傾角傳感器所測(cè)液壓支架姿態(tài)角度計(jì)算液壓支架高度的表達(dá)式。為減小傾角傳感器角度測(cè)量誤差造成的液壓支架高度測(cè)量累積誤差,提出了一種基于多傳感器數(shù)據(jù)融合的液壓支架高度測(cè)量方法,即利用分批估計(jì)算法和自適應(yīng)加權(quán)算法將分別通過掩護(hù)梁和前連桿處傾角傳感器所測(cè)角度計(jì)算得到的液壓支架高度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行融合。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法對(duì)于623.2mm高液壓支架樣機(jī)的高度測(cè)量誤差不大于0.3mm,與單一傾角傳感器測(cè)高相比,精度提高了1mm。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of the difficulty in measuring the height of the hydraulic support of the fully-mechanized mining face and the inaccurate measurement result, the expression of the height of the hydraulic support is derived by using the attitude angle of the hydraulic support measured by the tilt angle sensor in the case of two-column cover type hydraulic support. in ord to reduce that accumulated error of the height measurement of the hydraulic support caused by the measurement error of the angle sensor, a method for measuring the height of the hydraulic support base on the multi-sensor data fusion is proposed, namely, a batch estimation algorithm and an adaptive weighting algorithm are utilized to fuse the height data of the hydraulic support obtained by the angle sensor at the front link and the front link respectively. The experimental results show that the method is not more than 0.3mm for the height measurement error of the 62.2mm high hydraulic support prototype, and the accuracy is improved by 1 mm compared with the measurement of a single dip angle sensor.
