基于DSP的煤礦井下電能質(zhì)量在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:In coal mine work, output and efficiency are very important. As industrial automation has been used in mine operations, the collection of coal is now covered with electronic instruments. This modern service has greatly facilitated the mining industry. With a large number of nonlinear loads connected to the coal power network, the power quality of the coal power network has been reduced, and the power quality will be measured by a very high standard when the coal mine detects the connected nonlinear load. Therefore, people now put forward a very high demand for the power quality of coal mine electricity. In this paper, the system architecture of nonlinear charge detection is composed of digital signal processor and complex programmable logic device. The system is based on a digital signal processor. This system not only can detect nonlinear load, but also can detect related parameters of other kinds of electric energy. For example, voltage and current can be effectively detected. The device also adds a number of other features, such as a regular validity record at a particular point in time. At the same time, it can support the expansion of SD card interface, which is also very helpful for the system to access data. The communication mode of the system can be divided into RS485 local communication and Ethernet remote communication. In these two communication modes, RS485 can help users digitally manage the statistical data, while the network interface can make the data transmit directly. This paper mainly introduces the following parts: firstly, it introduces the technology and reality of power quality measurement at home and abroad, and then gives a brief introduction to the measuring methods of power quality related parameters. After that, the hardware design and software design of the system are introduced. Finally, through the detection of the system to prove the effectiveness of the device. Finally, the performance of the system is tested, and some mechanisms in operation are explained. In the final system test, it can be concluded that the detection function of this device is powerful and has high precision. And the device has many additional functions, can help users to get a better use of experience. Therefore, the device is highly competitive in the market.
