單漏斗放礦柔性隔離層界面形態(tài)演化規(guī)律

【摘要】:采用Origin軟件對(duì)隔離層界面形態(tài)演化觀(guān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,并對(duì)高斯模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行理論分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,構(gòu)建隔離層界面剖面整體動(dòng)態(tài)函數(shù)表達(dá)式;將實(shí)測(cè)隔離層界面形態(tài)曲線(xiàn)與動(dòng)態(tài)函數(shù)式進(jìn)行比較,在力學(xué)分析基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)底部類(lèi)似拋物線(xiàn)形狀的函數(shù)表達(dá)式,解出函數(shù)分界點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)。兩項(xiàng)函數(shù)式共同構(gòu)成完整的隔離層界面形態(tài)數(shù)學(xué)模型。研究成果為柔性隔離層作用下散體介質(zhì)流理論體系的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The Origin software was used to fit the observation data of the interface morphology evolution of the isolation layer, and the theoretical analysis and statistical analysis of Gao Si model parameters were carried out, and the integral dynamic function expression of the interface profile of the isolation layer was constructed. By comparing the measured interface shape curve of the isolation layer with the dynamic function, on the basis of mechanical analysis, the function expression similar to parabola at the bottom is derived, and the coordinates of the function boundary point are solved. The two functions together constitute a complete mathematical model of the interface morphology of the isolation layer. The research results lay a solid foundation for the systematic construction of the theoretical system of bulk media flow under the action of flexible isolation layer.
