基于視頻識別的帶式輸送機煤量檢測與自動調(diào)速系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對當前帶式輸送機自動調(diào)速一直沒有普及應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀,提出了一種基于視頻識別的帶式輸送機自動調(diào)速方法。該調(diào)速方法為在地面的一臺計算機運行調(diào)速軟件,借用煤礦企業(yè)原有視頻監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)、設(shè)備控制網(wǎng)絡(luò),實現(xiàn)帶式輸送機的自動調(diào)速。調(diào)速軟件讀取視頻數(shù)據(jù)來識別帶式輸送機上煤的寬度,作為模糊煤量輸入,通過知識庫及模糊推理,得出調(diào)速值。該調(diào)速方法在興隆莊煤礦12306十采一橫帶式輸送機進行了應(yīng)用,結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)簡單易實施,煤寬識別誤差在5%以內(nèi),可實現(xiàn)被調(diào)速帶式輸送機平均速度降低10%。通過本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,可提高帶式輸送機的自動化水平,實現(xiàn)節(jié)能降耗,減少機械磨損,延長設(shè)備使用壽命。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the current situation that the automatic speed regulation of belt conveyor has not been popularized and applied, a method of automatic speed regulation for belt conveyor based on video recognition is proposed. The speed regulation method is to use the original video monitoring network and equipment control network of coal mine enterprises to realize the automatic speed regulation of belt conveyors by running the speed control software of a computer on the ground. The speed control software reads the video data to identify the width of the coal on the belt conveyor, as the input of the fuzzy coal quantity, through the knowledge base and fuzzy reasoning, the speed regulation value is obtained. The speed regulation method has been applied to the 12306 + mining and one horizontal belt conveyor in Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine. The results show that the system is simple and easy to carry out, the error of coal width recognition is less than 5%, and the average speed of the belt conveyor can be reduced by 10%. Through the application of this system, the automation level of belt conveyor can be improved, energy saving and consumption reduction can be realized, mechanical wear can be reduced, and the service life of equipment can be prolonged.
