【摘要】：本論文以冀中能源峰峰煤焦化有限責(zé)任公司城鎮(zhèn)煤礦IV13煤層201綜采工作面為工程背景,通過計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)等研究方法,對(duì)大傾角煤層在開采過程中工作面礦壓特征以及圍巖控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。通過對(duì)不同傾角的煤層開采進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬,研究大傾角煤層在開采過程中工作面走向與傾向的垂直應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律以及大傾角煤層綜采工作面在開采時(shí)的礦壓顯現(xiàn)特征。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè),分析研究大傾角煤層在開采時(shí)的礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律;通過收集資料,閱讀相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)書刊,應(yīng)用相關(guān)的理論知識(shí),分析研究大傾角煤層開采的礦壓特征以及工作面圍巖的運(yùn)移規(guī)律。以獲得的大傾角煤層在開采時(shí)工作面礦壓顯現(xiàn)特征為基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)對(duì)大傾角綜采工作面設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性及201綜采工作面設(shè)備選型進(jìn)行分析研究,提出大傾角煤層的圍巖控制技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:This paper takes IV13 coal seam 201 fully mechanized mining face of town coal mine of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Coal Coking Co., Ltd. As the engineering background, through computer numerical simulation and field measurement and other research methods. The characteristics of face pressure and surrounding rock control technology in mining process of large dip coal seam are studied. Through the computer numerical simulation of coal seam mining with different dip angles, the vertical stress distribution law of the working face and its tendency in the mining process of the large dip coal seam and the characteristics of the rock pressure behavior of the fully mechanized coal mining face with the large dip coal seam during the mining process are studied. According to the field measurement, this paper analyzes and studies the law of rock pressure behavior of large dip coal seam during mining. Through collecting data, reading relevant documents and periodicals, and applying relevant theoretical knowledge, the characteristics of mining pressure of large inclined coal seam and the migration law of surrounding rock of working face are analyzed and studied. Based on the characteristics of rock pressure in coal face in mining, the stability of equipment and the selection of equipment in 201 fully mechanized coal face are analyzed and studied, and the control technology of surrounding rock in large dip coal seam is put forward.
