張集礦蹬空及沿空耦合條件下巷道圍巖控制技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the mining geological conditions of 1122 (3) working face in Zhangji Coal Mine, Huainan Mining Group, and synthetically applies the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, engineering analogy and field measurement, etc. The surrounding rock control technology of the roadway along and along the gob is studied. In this paper, the stress field, plastic zone and displacement field of the surrounding rock stress field, plastic zone and displacement field of the roadway are analyzed by using FLAC software. By comparing the deformation characteristics of the roadway under different surrounding rock conditions, the corresponding design parameters of bolting and cable mesh support are put forward. Based on the analysis of the deformation characteristics of coal pillar along the gob, the paper puts forward the large deformation of the control part of the unequal strength support technology of supplementary anchor cable, and selects the grouting reinforcement technology to strengthen the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock of the roadway, which effectively controls the deformation of the coal pillar along the goaf side. This paper puts forward the implementing scheme of mine pressure observation in the roadways along and along the gob, and monitors the surface displacement, deep displacement and roof separation of the roadway supported by bolting wire mesh under the influence of pushing and along the goaf, and obtains the law of the rock pressure behavior of the roadway supported by bolting wire mesh. The research result of this paper has passed the field industrial test, and has ensured the coupling deformation of the roadway surrounding rock along the goaf to satisfy the production need, and has important reference significance to the roadway surrounding rock control under the similar geological condition. For the enterprise to create obvious economic benefits.
