低溫空氣等離子體對(duì)石英表面性質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:為增加石英與褐煤的可浮性差異,提出了采用低溫空氣等離子體改性的思路。采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、能譜分析(EDS)、X射線光電子能譜分析(XPS)、接觸角、浮選試驗(yàn)研究了等離子體處理對(duì)石英表面性質(zhì)、可浮性的影響。SEM結(jié)果顯示改性后表面形貌變化不大,新生了1~5μm的硅酸鹽礦物顆粒;XPS分析表明C—C/C—H含量逐漸降低,C—O含量逐漸增大,C O,COO含量基本不變;接觸角及浮選試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明處理1~5 min石英與褐煤接觸角差值增大了2.5~3.2倍。單獨(dú)浮選時(shí)處理后石英浮出率基本不變,褐煤浮出率顯著降低。混合浮選時(shí),采用等離子體預(yù)處理獲得了精煤灰分8.32%、產(chǎn)率37.8%的良好指標(biāo)。等離子體改性顯著擴(kuò)大了石英與褐煤可浮性差異,利用其抑制褐煤反浮選石英是可行的。
[Abstract]:In order to increase the difference of floatability between quartz and lignite, the idea of low temperature air plasma modification was put forward. The contact angle of (XPS), was analyzed by (EDS), X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) with scanning electron microscope (SEM),). The surface properties of quartz treated by plasma were studied by flotation test. The effect of floatability. SEM results showed that the surface morphology of the modified particles changed little, and the silicate mineral particles of 1 ~ 5 渭 m were regenerated. XPS analysis showed that the content of C-C/C-H decreased gradually, the content of C-O increased gradually, and the contact angle and flotation test showed that the difference of contact angle between quartz and lignite treated with 1 ~ 5 min was increased by 2.5 ~ 3.2fold. The floatation rate of quartz is basically unchanged and the floatation rate of lignite is significantly decreased. In mixed flotation, plasma pretreatment was used to obtain a good index of ash content 8.32 and yield of 37.8%. Plasma modification has greatly enlarged the difference of floatability between quartz and lignite, and it is feasible to suppress reverse flotation of quartz with lignite.
