【摘要】：針對麻家梁煤礦首采工作面回采巷道受采動影響出現(xiàn)頂板周期性臺階下沉、巷道變形嚴(yán)重的問題,采用數(shù)值模擬與現(xiàn)場實測相結(jié)合的方法,提出了動態(tài)注漿加固技術(shù),有效改善了巷道圍巖狀況。研究表明:工作面超前支承應(yīng)力具有周期性動態(tài)演化規(guī)律,巷道圍巖呈周期性破壞;超聚混凝土固化速度快、早期強度高,可以作為動態(tài)注漿加固材料;確定合理的注漿參數(shù)并及時跟蹤加固有冒頂征兆的煤巖體能夠保證巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of roof periodic step subsidence and serious roadway deformation caused by mining movement in the first mining face of Majialiang Coal Mine, the dynamic grouting reinforcement technology is put forward by combining numerical simulation with field measurement. The surrounding rock condition of roadway is improved effectively. The results show that the supporting stress of working face has periodic dynamic evolution law, the surrounding rock of roadway is periodically destroyed, the solidification speed of superaggregate concrete is fast, the early strength is high, so it can be used as dynamic grouting reinforcement material. Determination of reasonable grouting parameters and timely reinforcement of coal and rock mass with roof fall can ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
