【摘要】：針對露天礦采選生產(chǎn)中不同類型及品位礦石所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟效益的差異,選擇了堆浸和全泥氰化兩種選礦工藝組合生產(chǎn)。確定了經(jīng)濟比較指標(biāo),采用多項式回歸分析法預(yù)測生產(chǎn)成本,建立了露天礦生產(chǎn)規(guī)模論證模型。通過對靜態(tài)、動態(tài)經(jīng)濟比較分析,從凈現(xiàn)值、內(nèi)部收益率、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀等因素綜合考慮,確定了兩種選礦工藝的最優(yōu)組合規(guī)模,為礦山生產(chǎn)提供了理論指導(dǎo)和充分的決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the difference of economic benefit between different types and grade ores in opencast mining and dressing production, the combined production of heap leaching and total mud cyanidation was selected. The economic comparison index is determined, the production cost is predicted by polynomial regression analysis, and the scale demonstration model of open pit mine is established. Through the comparative analysis of static and dynamic economy, considering the factors such as net present value, internal rate of return and present situation of production, the optimal combined scale of the two mineral processing processes is determined, which provides theoretical guidance and sufficient decision basis for mine production.
