基于突變理論的煤礦鉆孔地物人突變性研究

【摘要】:非線性理論在當今社會發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,本文以非線性系統(tǒng)理論中的突變理論為工具,研究了煤礦下鉆孔在荷載作用下的突變性,通過實驗分析了預帶鉆孔煤樣單軸壓縮數(shù)據(jù)中突變性存在類型,以及孔周圍的突變規(guī)律,并給出了煤礦鉆孔工人基于突變理論指導下的科學管理建議。文章從定性、定量兩個方面,分析了煤礦鉆孔外部荷載對孔的受力情況。通過屈服區(qū)荷載,彈性區(qū)荷載以及區(qū)段煤層的荷載公式構建孔在荷載作用下的能量函數(shù),然后借助泰勒公式,截尾,進而得到尖點突變模型。理論分析了突變函數(shù)根的存在情況,得出鉆孔中突變性存在與荷載的關系。接著,文章對煤粉、粉煤灰以及水以質量比11:2:7配制而成的預帶鉆孔煤樣,采用DDL200電子萬能試驗機以單軸壓縮方式進行實驗,得到應變數(shù)據(jù)。通過MATLAB數(shù)學軟件繪制多個時間段應變數(shù)據(jù)的網(wǎng)狀圖,并找到數(shù)據(jù)變化劇烈的區(qū)域,通過對數(shù)據(jù)進行函數(shù)擬合,得出了能滿足突變模型條件的函數(shù)式。通過具體對比尖點突變模型和蝴蝶突變模型的擬合優(yōu)度,選取了更適合的蝴蝶突變模型分析了應變數(shù)據(jù),得出了預帶鉆孔煤樣應變數(shù)值發(fā)生突變的時間點,以及函數(shù)根的變化情況,并分析了鉆孔周圍的穩(wěn)定性變化。此外,本文為了研究鉆孔突變性帶來的安全影響,通過調查問卷的形式,調查了鉆孔礦工局部心理狀態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)了鉆孔突變性帶來的安全問題,會使礦工心理產(chǎn)生突變反應,這表現(xiàn)在鉆孔礦工辭職和努力工作之間的選擇,為了說明這一問題,文章運用尖點突變模型的方法論述了鉆孔礦工努力工作與辭職之間的心理活動,并提出消除鉆孔礦工心理突變性的建議。本文通過運用突變理論模型,為煤礦鉆孔中突變性應用提供思路,并給人們了解煤礦鉆孔,分析預帶鉆孔煤樣突變規(guī)律,解決鉆孔礦工心理活動突變性提供了理論支持,從而為更好的分析鉆孔,運用理論理解煤礦鉆孔突變問題奠定基礎。
[Abstract]:Nonlinear theory is playing a more and more important role in the development of society today. In this paper, the catastrophe of borehole under coal mine under load is studied with the catastrophe theory of nonlinear system theory as a tool. The types of mutation in the uniaxial compression data of pre-drilled coal samples and the mutation law around the boreholes are analyzed experimentally, and the scientific management suggestions based on the catastrophe theory for coal drillers are given. From qualitative and quantitative aspects, the paper analyzes the stress of borehole under external load in coal mine. The energy function of the hole under load is constructed by the yield zone load, elastic zone load and the load formula of the coal seam in the section. Then, by means of Taylor formula, the truncation model is obtained and the cusp catastrophe model is obtained. The existence of catastrophe function root is analyzed theoretically, and the relationship between catastrophe and load in borehole is obtained. Then, the paper uses the DDL200 electronic universal testing machine to carry out the experiment on the coal sample of pre-belt drilled coal which is made up of pulverized coal powder, fly ash and water at 11:2:7 mass ratio, and obtains the strain data by uniaxial compression method. The mesh diagram of strain data in many time periods is drawn by MATLAB software, and the region where the data changes dramatically is found. Through the function fitting of the data, the functional formula which can satisfy the condition of the sudden change model is obtained. By comparing the fitness of the cusp mutation model with the butterfly mutation model, the more suitable butterfly mutation model is selected to analyze the strain data, and the time point when the strain value of the pre-drilled coal sample mutates is obtained. The variation of the function root and the stability around the borehole are analyzed. In addition, in order to study the safety effect of borehole mutation, through the form of questionnaire, this paper investigates the local psychological state of drilling miner, and finds out the safety problem caused by drilling mutation, which will make miner psychological mutation reaction. This is manifested in the choice between the resignation and hard work of the drilling miners. In order to illustrate this problem, the psychological activities between the hard work and resignation of the drilling miners are discussed by using the cusp mutation model. The suggestion of eliminating psychological mutation of drilling miners is put forward. By using the catastrophe theory model, this paper provides ideas for the application of catastrophe in coal drilling, and provides theoretical support for people to understand coal drilling, analyze the law of coal sample mutation in pre-drilled holes, and solve the catastrophe of psychological activities of drilling miners. Thus, it lays a foundation for better analysis of boreholes and the use of theory to understand the sudden change of boreholes in coal mines.
