【摘要】：本文基于"美國(guó)第一能源計(jì)劃"內(nèi)容及特征,對(duì)美國(guó)能源走向進(jìn)行了研判。從美國(guó)油氣、煤炭行業(yè)以及基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)三方面,分析特朗普政府能源政策可能會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來的影響�；诖�,本文提出我國(guó)應(yīng)在不動(dòng)搖當(dāng)前"去產(chǎn)能"政策基礎(chǔ)上,積極把握油氣進(jìn)口、中美清潔煤技術(shù)合作的良好契機(jī),從減量化和清潔化雙向路徑促進(jìn)我國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)過渡轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the contents and characteristics of the first Energy Program of the United States, this paper studies the trend of American energy. The potential impact of the Trump administration's energy policy on China's coal industry is analyzed in terms of U.S. oil and gas, coal industry and infrastructure. Based on this, this paper puts forward that China should grasp the good opportunity of oil and gas import and clean coal technical cooperation between China and the United States on the basis of the current policy of "deproductivity". To promote the transition and development of China's coal industry from the two-way of reduction and cleanness.
