新型赤鐵礦反浮選大分子抑制劑MOD應用研究

【摘要】:利用設(shè)計合成的新型赤鐵礦反浮選大分子抑制劑MOD對赤鐵礦反浮選脫硅進行了純礦物單礦物和人工混合礦試驗研究,單礦物試驗表明在陽離子反浮選工藝中,大分子抑制劑MOD對赤鐵礦表現(xiàn)出良好的高選擇性,同時對石英的可浮性影響不大。人工混合礦試驗表明,在p H值11左右時,MOD用量5 mg/L,赤鐵礦品位可達65.24%,回收率為98.29%。另外,Zeta電位測試及紅外光譜檢測結(jié)果表明抑制劑MOD在赤鐵礦表面形成了吸附,從而使得赤鐵礦得以抑制。
[Abstract]:A new type of hematite reverse flotation desilication (MOD) was used to study the desilication of pure mineral and artificial mixed ore in reverse flotation of hematite. The macromolecular inhibitor MOD showed high selectivity to hematite and had little effect on the floatability of quartz. The experiments of artificial mixed ore show that when pH is about 11, the hematite grade of 5 mg/L, of MOD can reach 65.24 and the recovery rate is 98.29. In addition, the results of Zeta potential measurement and infrared spectroscopy showed that the inhibitor MOD adsorbed on the surface of hematite, which resulted in the inhibition of hematite.
