云南礦山污水處理自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:污水處理過程是個(gè)多變量的復(fù)雜的控制過程,傳統(tǒng)的污水處理廠的控制多以手動(dòng)控制為主,加上常規(guī)的儀表控制,這種依靠人工經(jīng)驗(yàn)的控制方式,出水質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,生產(chǎn)效率不高,能源利用率低。為了保證水處理的質(zhì)量,降低污水處理的生產(chǎn)成本,必須采用先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)來控制污水的處理過程。本文礦山污水處理自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)是以云南某礦山生活區(qū)污水處理站為背景,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)污水處理自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),污水的處理工藝是采用化學(xué)沉淀法和先進(jìn)的CASS工藝,控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)采用工控機(jī)(IPC)+可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)的DCS控制模式,該結(jié)構(gòu)功能完整,組態(tài)較為靈活,擴(kuò)展性好。污水處理的pH和濃密池底流濃度的控制環(huán)節(jié),采用PID控制算法,保證出水質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定。控制系統(tǒng)的上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件采用WinCC7.0,下位機(jī)采用西門子S7-300 PLC,使用西門子STEP7編程設(shè)計(jì)下位機(jī)PLC的控制程序。本文首先在討論分析污水處理的工藝方法基礎(chǔ)上,描述了礦山生活區(qū)污水處理的工藝流程。接著詳細(xì)介紹了S7-300 PLC和編程軟件STEP7。結(jié)合工藝的基礎(chǔ)上給出了總體控制方案,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、硬件配置、編寫控制程序和設(shè)計(jì)上位監(jiān)控軟件。調(diào)試控制系統(tǒng),將系統(tǒng)投入實(shí)際運(yùn)行。控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行后,經(jīng)該系統(tǒng)處理后的水質(zhì)達(dá)到國家規(guī)定的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),性能穩(wěn)定,完全滿足了設(shè)計(jì)要求。文章最后對(duì)污水處理自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方向提出了一些展望。
[Abstract]:The process of sewage treatment is a multivariable and complex control process. The traditional sewage treatment plant control is dominated by manual control, combined with conventional instrument control, which relies on artificial experience to control the quality of effluent is unstable. Production efficiency is not high, energy efficiency is low. In order to ensure the quality of water treatment and reduce the production cost of sewage treatment, advanced automatic control system must be used to control the process of sewage treatment. In this paper, the automatic control system of mine sewage treatment is designed based on the sewage treatment station of a mine living area in Yunnan province. The sewage treatment process adopts chemical precipitation method and advanced CASS process. The structure of the control system adopts the DCS control mode of the industrial computer (IPC) programmable logic controller (PLC). The structure has the advantages of complete function, flexible configuration and good expansibility. PID control algorithm is adopted to ensure the stability of effluent quality in pH and concentration control of dense bottom flow in wastewater treatment. The upper computer monitoring software of the control system adopts the WinCC7.0, lower computer to use Siemens S7-300 PLC, to design the control program of the lower computer PLC using Siemens STEP7. On the basis of discussing and analyzing the process of sewage treatment, this paper describes the technological process of sewage treatment in mine living area. Then the S7-300 PLC and the programming software STEP7. are introduced in detail. On the basis of technology, the overall control scheme is given. The system structure, hardware configuration, control program and monitoring software are designed. Debug the control system, put the system into actual operation. After the operation of the control system, the quality of the water treated by the system meets the discharge standard stipulated by the state, and the performance of the system is stable, which fully meets the design requirements. Finally, some prospects for the development of sewage treatment automatic control system are put forward.
