非均勻崩落礦巖散體流動(dòng)的仿真模型

【摘要】:基于離散元思想,結(jié)合隨機(jī)理論,以崩落礦巖散體為研究對(duì)象,建立了非均勻散體碰撞運(yùn)動(dòng)模型.該模型主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:模型假設(shè)條件、散體顆粒的隨機(jī)生成、顆粒單元的穩(wěn)定性分析、顆粒單元的初始移動(dòng)、顆粒單元的碰撞過(guò)程以及顆粒單元運(yùn)動(dòng)的隨機(jī)性等.根據(jù)所建立的非均勻散體碰撞運(yùn)動(dòng)模型,利用C#編程語(yǔ)言研發(fā)了二維放礦仿真系統(tǒng).該系統(tǒng)包括參數(shù)輸入、模型生成、仿真模擬和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)四個(gè)功能模塊.設(shè)計(jì)了無(wú)底柱分段崩落法放礦模擬方案,所得結(jié)論與類似文獻(xiàn)對(duì)比,基本相同,說(shuō)明利用非均勻散體碰撞運(yùn)動(dòng)模型模擬散體流動(dòng)是可行的.
[Abstract]:Based on the idea of discrete element and random theory, the collision motion model of inhomogeneous scattered rock is established. The main contents of this model include: model hypothesis, random generation of granular particles, stability analysis of particle unit, initial movement of particle unit, collision process of particle unit and randomness of particle unit motion. Based on the model of collision motion of nonuniform particles, a two-dimensional ore-drawing simulation system is developed by using C # programming language. The system includes four function modules: parameter input, model generation, simulation and statistics. The ore drawing simulation scheme of sublevel caving method without bottom pillar is designed. Compared with similar literatures, the results obtained are basically the same, which shows that it is feasible to simulate the bulk flow by using the collision motion model of non-uniform particles.
