有機酸對低品位磷礦粉的活化及釋磷動力學研究

【摘要】:研究了相同濃度下多種有機酸對低品位磷礦粉的活化效果,結(jié)果表明,在40mmol/L濃度下,草酸的活化效果最好,溶液中的可溶性磷質(zhì)量濃度達到了187.5mg/L。進一步研究了草酸活化低品位磷礦粉的工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化,結(jié)果表明,在濃度為20mmol/L,溫度為20℃,固液比為3∶500時,反應(yīng)48h可溶性磷質(zhì)量濃度最佳。選取一級動力學方程、Elovich方程和拋物線方程進行擬合,結(jié)果表明草酸活化低品位磷礦粉的過程較符合一級動力學方程。
[Abstract]:The activation effect of various organic acids on low-grade phosphate rock powder at the same concentration was studied.
