房柱采空區(qū)下特厚煤層開采煤巖垮落特征相似模擬試驗研究

【摘要】:針對房柱采空區(qū)下特厚煤層開采覆巖垮落運移引起冒頂壓架的災(zāi)害問題,以斜溝煤礦13號煤層大采高放頂煤工作面為工程背景,運用相似模擬試驗,對房柱式采空區(qū)下特厚煤層開采覆巖垮落特征進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:底煤開采過程中有著明顯的頂煤初次垮落,直接頂初次垮落,基本穩(wěn)定在0.23 m(23 m)左右;進(jìn)出煤柱時,壓力較大,圍巖破碎嚴(yán)重,且可能與老采區(qū)裂隙帶貫通造成突水、瓦斯突出等事故。研究結(jié)果可為了類似條件下覆巖垮落規(guī)律提供依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the disaster problem caused by overburden collapse migration caused by overburden collapse and migration in Fangzhu goaf, taking No. 13 coal seam top caving face of Jiaogou Coal Mine as engineering background, similar simulation test is used. The characteristics of overburden caving in thick coal seam mining under the roof pillar goaf are analyzed. The results show that there are obvious top coal caving and direct top coal caving in the process of bottom coal mining, which is basically stable at about 0.23 m (23 m); When entering and leaving the coal pillar, the pressure is high, the surrounding rock is broken seriously, and the water inrush and gas outburst may occur through the fracture zone of the old mining area. The results can provide basis and reference for the law of overburden collapse under similar conditions.
