礦井巷道摩擦阻力系數(shù)模糊查詢系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:礦井網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)算的基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵是摩擦阻力系數(shù)的確定。本文從測(cè)定摩擦阻力系數(shù)等方面展開研究。對(duì)不同巷道摩擦阻力系數(shù)的計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行歸納。對(duì)于計(jì)算錨噴巷道的摩擦阻力系數(shù)公式,通過多元回歸方程求解,為確立礦井巷道的摩擦阻力系數(shù)提供較準(zhǔn)確的方法。在完全紊流區(qū),摩擦阻力系數(shù)只與管道的相對(duì)粗糙度有關(guān),而與雷諾數(shù)互無關(guān)系。復(fù)雜通風(fēng)條件下的礦井,需要消耗大量人力物力來測(cè)定摩擦阻力系數(shù),而測(cè)定的結(jié)果誤差相對(duì)較大。本文針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的特點(diǎn),將模糊擴(kuò)展的數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)查詢技術(shù)應(yīng)用于井巷摩擦阻力系數(shù)預(yù)測(cè)中,通過對(duì)煤礦井下摩擦阻力系數(shù)測(cè)定的歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模糊查詢,從而得到匹配度較高的相同類型的井巷摩擦阻力系數(shù)或相似類型的井巷摩擦阻力系數(shù)。為礦井通風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)解算提供必要的且相對(duì)準(zhǔn)確的基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The foundation and key of mine network settlement is the determination of friction resistance coefficient. In this paper, the measurement of friction resistance coefficient is studied. The formulas of friction resistance coefficient of different roadways are summarized. The formula for calculating friction resistance coefficient of bolting and shotcreting roadway is solved by multivariate regression equation, which provides a more accurate method for establishing friction resistance coefficient of mine roadway. In the complete turbulent region, the friction resistance coefficient is only related to the relative roughness of the pipe, but not to the Reynolds number. Under complex ventilation conditions, a great deal of manpower and material resources are needed to measure the friction resistance coefficient, but the error of the result is relatively large. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the database, the fuzzy extended database system query technology is applied to predict the friction resistance coefficient of the shaft and roadway, and the historical data measured by the friction resistance coefficient in the coal mine are queried by fuzzy method. Thus, the same type of friction resistance coefficient of the same type or the similar type of friction resistance coefficient of the same type are obtained with higher matching degree. It provides necessary and relatively accurate basic parameters for mine ventilation network calculation.
