極軟地層巷道圍巖變形機理與控制技術研究

【摘要】:為了解決北皂煤礦海域二采區(qū)回風巷圍巖強度低、自承能力差、變形速度快、難以維護的難題,從圍巖力學特性、軟巖巷道流變特性、擾動影響、巷道底鼓、圍巖失水風干崩解等方面進行了研究。研究結果表明:在揭示該類巷道圍巖變形機制基礎上,提出了高強度鋼管混凝土支架支護方案,巷道斷面采用圓形,鋼管混凝土支架支護鋼管選用Φ194 mm×8 mm鋼管,接頭套管選用Φ219 mm×8 mm的鋼管,充填標號C40混凝土,支架壁后輔助鋼筋網(wǎng)支護和混凝土噴碹支護,監(jiān)測出支架的變形量為20~80 mm,最大變形也只達到80 mm,支架沒有明顯變形,鋼管混凝土支架支護方案能夠控制北皂煤礦海域二采區(qū)回風巷圍巖變形,保持巷道圍巖的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low surrounding rock strength, poor self-supporting capacity, fast deformation speed and difficult maintenance in the second mining area of Beizao coal mine area, the mechanical properties of surrounding rock, rheological characteristics of soft rock roadway, disturbance effect, and roadway floor bulging are discussed. The water loss and air drying collapse of surrounding rock were studied. The results show that, on the basis of revealing the deformation mechanism of surrounding rock of this kind of roadway, a high strength concrete filled steel tube support scheme is put forward. The roadway section is round, and the steel pipe of concrete filled steel tube is 桅 194 mm 脳 8 mm pipe. The joint casing is made of 桅 219 mm 脳 8 mm steel pipe, filled with marked C40 concrete, and supported by steel mesh and concrete shotcreting at the back of the support wall. The maximum deformation of the support is 20 ~ 80 mm, and the maximum deformation of the support is only 80 mm,. There is no obvious deformation of the support. The support scheme of concrete filled steel tube (CFST) can control the surrounding rock deformation of return air roadway in the second mining area of Beizao Coal Mine, and keep the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.
