空氣重介質(zhì)振動(dòng)流化床入料特性與操作參數(shù)的協(xié)同研究

【摘要】:入料物性直接影響空氣重介質(zhì)流化床的分選效果,為此進(jìn)行了不同粒度和不同可選性煤樣的分選特性研究,考察了拋射強(qiáng)度、風(fēng)量與入料特性的協(xié)同作用。結(jié)果表明:粒級(jí)對分選精度的影響顯著,隨粒級(jí)減小,Ep值變大,50~25,25~13和13~6 mm粒級(jí)難選煤最小Ep值分別為0.06,0.07和0.11 g/cm3;可選性對Ep值略有影響,50~25 mm粒級(jí)不同可選性煤樣,易選、中等可選和較難選煤樣最小Ep值分別為0.035,0.040和0.045 g/cm3。通過優(yōu)化風(fēng)量和拋射強(qiáng)度,分選精度明顯提高,不同粒級(jí)或可選性煤樣優(yōu)化后的風(fēng)量和拋射強(qiáng)度相近,均分別在140 m3/h和1.46左右。分析了氣泡生成頻率與床體振動(dòng)頻率的關(guān)系,揭示了振動(dòng)改善流態(tài)化分選的作用機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:The physical properties of feedstock directly affect the separation effect of air-heavy medium fluidized bed. The separation characteristics of coal samples with different granularity and selectivity are studied. The synergistic effects of ejection intensity, air volume and feed characteristics are investigated. The results show that the particle level has a significant effect on the separation accuracy, and the Ep value increases with the decrease of the particle size. The minimum Ep values of 50 ~ 25 ~ 2513 and 13 ~ (6) mm are 0.06g / cm ~ 3 and 0.11 g / cm ~ 3, respectively. The minimum Ep values of 50 ~ 25 mm coal samples with different grain-size, easy to be selected, medium and difficult to be separated were 0.035 ~ 0.040 and 0.045 g / cm ~ (-3), respectively. Through the optimization of air volume and ejection intensity, the sorting accuracy is obviously improved. The air volume and ejection intensity of coal samples with different particle size or selectivity are close to that of 140m3 / h and 1.46, respectively. The relationship between bubble formation frequency and bed vibration frequency is analyzed, and the mechanism of vibration improving fluidization sorting is revealed.
