重型刮板輸送機(jī)鏈輪材料與性能研究

【摘要】:鏈輪是刮板輸送機(jī)上重要的耐磨件,在煤礦機(jī)械行業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛。目前大運(yùn)量、長運(yùn)距、大功率礦用鏈輪主要依賴于進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品,為了進(jìn)一步了解進(jìn)口鏈輪材質(zhì)、鏈輪制造工藝與國產(chǎn)鏈輪產(chǎn)品之間的不同差異,因此,對重型刮板輸送機(jī)鏈輪材料與性能的研究十分重要。本文以兩種進(jìn)口鏈輪產(chǎn)品為對象,通過理論分析與試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,對兩種鏈輪產(chǎn)品的表層與芯部試樣進(jìn)行分析。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:根據(jù)刮板輸送機(jī)鏈輪的工作原理、工況條件、失效形式及磨損原因,分析了對鏈輪材料的組織要求和性能要求;利用化學(xué)成分分析、X物相檢測、顯微組織觀察等方法確定了兩種進(jìn)口鏈輪產(chǎn)品的材料成分、物相組成以及金相組織;通過拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)對鏈輪試樣的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行測試,確定了試樣的拉伸參數(shù),并結(jié)合斷口宏細(xì)觀形貌,分析了兩種鏈輪產(chǎn)品的力學(xué)性能;應(yīng)用維氏硬度儀對鏈輪試樣的微觀硬度進(jìn)行檢測,揭示了兩種鏈輪產(chǎn)品表層與芯部材料硬度的變化規(guī)律,采用銷盤式摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī),在變載荷和變轉(zhuǎn)速條件下,測試了鏈輪試樣的磨損失重和摩擦系數(shù),并結(jié)合磨損形貌,分析了兩種鏈輪產(chǎn)品材料的耐磨性。本研究有助于國產(chǎn)鏈輪新型材料的開發(fā),并對鏈輪的制造也具有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Sprocket is an important wear-resistant part in scraper conveyor, which is widely used in coal mine machinery industry. At present, large volume, long distance and high power mining sprocket mainly depend on imported products. In order to further understand the material of imported sprocket, the difference between sprocket manufacturing technology and domestic sprocket products is different, so, It is very important to study the material and performance of heavy scraper conveyor sprocket. In this paper, two kinds of imported sprocket products are taken as the object. The surface and core samples of the two kinds of sprocket products are analyzed by the method of combining theoretical analysis and test. The main research contents are as follows: according to the working principle, working condition, failure form and wear reason of scraper conveyor sprocket, the structure and performance requirements of sprocket material are analyzed. The material composition, phase composition and metallographic structure of two kinds of imported sprocket products were determined by means of chemical composition analysis, X phase detection and microstructure observation. The tensile parameters of the sprocket specimen were determined by tensile testing machine, and the mechanical properties of the two sprocket products were analyzed according to the macroscopic and meso-morphology of fracture surface. The microhardness of sprocket samples was tested by using Vickers hardness tester, and the change rule of hardness of surface and core materials of two sprocket products was revealed. The pin-disc friction and wear tester was used under the condition of variable load and variable rotational speed. The wear loss and friction coefficient of sprocket samples were measured and the wear resistance of two sprocket materials was analyzed. This study is helpful to the development of new materials for sprocket and can promote the manufacture of sprocket.
