【摘要】：都龍礦區(qū)新田選礦廠+37μm粗粒級(jí)錫石重選工藝中螺旋溜槽尾礦采用搖床重選的作業(yè)回收率僅35%左右,難以達(dá)到高效回收細(xì)粒級(jí)錫石的目的。鑒于細(xì)粒錫石浮選工藝技術(shù)在生產(chǎn)中已獲得成功應(yīng)用,采用浮選工藝回收螺旋溜槽尾礦中錫石可以獲得錫粗精礦含錫品位8.03%、作業(yè)回收率89.23%的試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),相對(duì)搖床重選工藝能大幅度提高錫石的回收率。同時(shí)將浮錫尾礦尾水回用,在獲得相近指標(biāo)的條件下,可降低藥劑耗用量10%~20%,有利于降低藥劑成本。
[Abstract]:In the 37 渭 m coarse grained cassiterite gravimetric separation process in Dulong mining area, the recovery rate of spiral chute tailings is only about 35%, so it is difficult to recover fine cassiterite with high efficiency. In view of the successful application of fine cassiterite flotation technology in production, the cassiterite from spiral chute tailings can be recovered by flotation process, and the tin-bearing grade of coarse tin concentrate is 8.03 and the operational recovery is 89.23%. The recovery rate of cassiterite can be greatly improved by the gravity separation process of rocker. At the same time, reusing the tailings of the floating tin tailing can reduce the consumption of 10% and 20% of the reagents under the condition of obtaining similar indexes, which is beneficial to reduce the cost of the reagents.
