孤島工作面礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律及超前支護(hù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:孤島工作面的開采有利于使我國煤炭資源的采出率大大增加,但因?yàn)楣聧u工作面的特殊地質(zhì)條件和結(jié)構(gòu),使得孤島工作面的礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律以及圍巖破壞與普通工作面有很大的差別,其中孤島工作面超前巷道支護(hù)以及頂板控制的問題一直是困擾孤島工作面安全、快速回采的難題。本文以孫疃煤礦1026孤島工作面為工程背景,采用數(shù)值模擬、理論分析、現(xiàn)場實(shí)測等綜合性研究方法,研究了1026孤島工作面的礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律和超前巷道的支護(hù)技術(shù)。通過理論分析研究了巷道兩幫移近的相關(guān)因素以及弧形三角塊力學(xué)模型的參數(shù);得到三角塊的三個(gè)參數(shù)的具體值分別為11m、13.2m和2.6m。通過數(shù)值模擬,分析了孤島工作面的應(yīng)力場與位移場及塑性區(qū)范圍,超前壓力影響范圍在80~100m之間;通過現(xiàn)場實(shí)測,得出工作面周期來壓步距為9.7m,動(dòng)載系數(shù)為1.735,采動(dòng)劇烈影響區(qū)為距煤壁43.8m范圍內(nèi);在獲得孤島工作面礦壓規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了孤島工作面超前巷道圍巖控制技術(shù)的建議;同時(shí)對比分析了孤島工作面回采巷道在原有的支護(hù)技術(shù)下以及改進(jìn)后的支護(hù)技術(shù)下的圍巖變形。
[Abstract]:The mining of Gudao face is beneficial to increase the mining rate of coal resources in our country, but because of the special geological conditions and structure of Gudao face, It makes the rock pressure law and surrounding rock damage of the isolated island face very different from that of the common working face. The problems of advance roadway support and roof control in the isolated island face are always a difficult problem that puzzles the safe and fast mining of the isolated island face. Based on the engineering background of 1026 Gudao face in Suntuan Coal Mine, this paper studies the regularity of rock pressure behavior and the supporting technology of advance roadway in 1026 Gudao face by using comprehensive research methods such as numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field measurement. Through the theoretical analysis, the related factors of the two sides of roadway and the parameters of the mechanical model of the arc triangle block are studied, and the specific values of the three parameters of the triangle block are 11 m ~ (13) m and 2.6 m respectively. Through numerical simulation, the stress field, displacement field and plastic zone range of the island face are analyzed, and the influence range of the leading pressure is between 80m and 100m. Through the field measurement, it is concluded that the interval of periodic pressure is 9.7 m, the coefficient of dynamic load is 1.735, and the mining area is within 43.8 m from the coal wall. On the basis of obtaining the law of mine pressure in the Gudao face, the suggestion of controlling the surrounding rock of the advance roadway in the Gudao face is given. At the same time, the surrounding rock deformation of the mining roadway in the isolated island face under the original support technology and the improved support technology is compared and analyzed.
