拉拉銅礦二次境界圈定優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:拉拉銅礦露天采場現(xiàn)已進入凹陷開采階段,原設(shè)計境界內(nèi)的資源儲量按目前規(guī)模僅能夠維持礦山4.2年的露天開采,資源嚴(yán)重短缺?碧奖砻,在原有境界外北邦探礦權(quán)范圍內(nèi)還存在一定量0.1%~0.3%銅品位的低品位礦石資源,按照礦山目前采用的0.3%銅礦石邊界品位來看,此部分低品位礦石達不到開采利用的要求,露天采場面臨很快閉坑的狀況。公司希望對露天境界進行二次圈定以研究低品位礦石的利用問題,在一定程度上緩解資源短缺以延長礦山服務(wù)年限。由于拉拉銅礦是銅、鉬、鈷、鐵等多金屬礦,本論文首先對礦山合理的銅礦石邊界品位重新計算研究,并利用綜合品位來判斷低品位礦石是否達到開采要求。礦山露天采場北部原設(shè)計最終邊坡為27°,礦山提出能否擴大最終邊坡角進行開采,基于此要求利用ANSYS有限元軟件對邊坡穩(wěn)定性進行數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)果表明最終邊坡角最大可達到38°,模擬結(jié)果也可為礦山二次境界圈定最終邊坡角的確定提供參考依據(jù)。在前兩項工作的基礎(chǔ)上重新圈定礦山露天開采最終境界,重新圈定后的境界范圍內(nèi)新增礦巖量可延長礦山服務(wù)年限6.2a,至少可為礦山帶來總經(jīng)濟收益18.93億元。研究表明,對于多金屬礦床采用綜合品位替代單一金屬邊界品位、在安全前提下擴大最終邊坡角來確定露天礦最終境界是合理的。通過對拉拉銅礦境界的重新圈定,可以利用低品位礦石資源,能夠顯著緩解礦山資源枯竭所帶來的生產(chǎn)壓力,延長礦山服務(wù)年限,給礦山帶來經(jīng)濟效益,對于其它類似礦山也具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The open pit of Lala Copper Mine has now entered the stage of sag mining. The resource reserves in the original design realm can only maintain the open pit mining for 4.2 years according to the current scale, and the resources are seriously short of. The exploration shows that there is a certain amount of low grade ore resources with 0.1% copper grade and 0.3% copper grade within the scope of the prospecting right in the north state outside the original boundary. According to the boundary grade of 0.3% copper ore used at present in the mine, This part of low-grade ore can not meet the requirements of mining and utilization. The company hopes to redefine the open-air boundary to study the utilization of low-grade ores and to alleviate the shortage of resources to prolong the service life of mines to a certain extent. Since Lala Copper Mine is a polymetallic ore such as copper, molybdenum, cobalt, iron and so on, the reasonable boundary grade of copper ore is studied in this paper, and the comprehensive grade is used to judge whether the low grade ore meets the mining requirements. The original design of the final slope is 27 擄in the northern part of open pit stope. Whether the final slope angle can be expanded or not is proposed. Based on this, the stability of the slope is numerically simulated by using ANSYS finite element software. The results show that the maximum angle of the final slope can reach 38 擄, and the simulation results can also provide a reference for the determination of the final slope angle of the secondary boundary of the mine. On the basis of the first two works, the final boundary of open-pit mining is re-delineated, and the new quantity of ore and rock after redrawing can prolong the service life of the mine and bring at least 1.893 billion yuan of total economic income to the mine. The study shows that it is reasonable to use comprehensive grade instead of single metal boundary grade for polymetallic ore deposit and to enlarge the final slope angle to determine the final boundary of open pit mine under the premise of safety. By re-delineating the boundary of Lala Copper Mine, the low grade ore resources can be utilized, the production pressure caused by the depletion of mine resources can be significantly alleviated, the service life of mines can be prolonged, and economic benefits can be brought to the mines. For other similar mines also have a certain reference.
