【摘要】：為探明礦工不安全行為形成機(jī)制,控制不安全行為,在計(jì)劃行為理論(TPB)和健康行動(dòng)過(guò)程取向理論(HAPA)的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建礦工不安全行為整合理論模型,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷對(duì)468名礦工進(jìn)行不安全行為調(diào)查,并利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)理論模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:行動(dòng)效能、主觀規(guī)范、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知覺(jué)、結(jié)果期待、態(tài)度對(duì)礦工不安全行為意向具有顯著影響;行為態(tài)度是社會(huì)性規(guī)范、示范性規(guī)范、結(jié)果期待以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知覺(jué)與行為意向之間的中介變量;應(yīng)對(duì)計(jì)劃對(duì)于不安全行為具有正向影響;礦工不安全行為的形成源于DARF機(jī)制,包括以行為意向?yàn)楹诵牡膭?dòng)力機(jī)制(D)、以應(yīng)對(duì)計(jì)劃為核心的行動(dòng)機(jī)制(A)、以應(yīng)對(duì)自我效能為核心的制約機(jī)制(R)、以主觀規(guī)范為核心的反饋機(jī)制(F)。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the formation mechanism of unsafe behavior of miners and control unsafe behavior, a theoretical model of miner unsafe behavior integration was constructed on the basis of planning behavior theory (TPB) and health action process orientation theory (HAPA). The unsafe behavior of 468 miners was investigated by questionnaire, and the theoretical model was tested by structural equation model. The results showed that: action effectiveness, subjective norms, risk perception, expectation of results, Attitude has significant influence on miner unsafe behavior intention; Behavior attitude is the intermediate variable between social norm, demonstration norm, result expectation and risk perception and behavior intention, coping plan has positive influence on unsafe behavior. The formation of miners' unsafe behavior originates from the DARF mechanism, including the motivation mechanism with behavior intention as the core, the action mechanism with response plan as the core, the action mechanism with response plan as the core, (A), with the restraint mechanism (R), with self-efficacy as the core.
