戈塘金礦開(kāi)采三維建模及圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:微細(xì)浸染型金礦又名卡林型金礦,由于該類(lèi)金礦礦床普遍存在礦床形態(tài)復(fù)雜、礦體與圍巖界線不明顯等特點(diǎn),使得該類(lèi)型金礦難以高效開(kāi)發(fā)與利用。戈塘金礦作為典型的微細(xì)浸染型金礦,是復(fù)雜難采選礦山。由于其礦體賦存狀態(tài)復(fù)雜、頂板穩(wěn)固性差、底板波動(dòng)變化規(guī)律差,結(jié)果在開(kāi)采過(guò)程中面臨著微細(xì)浸染型金礦共同的問(wèn)題,例如開(kāi)采損失貧化難以控制、采礦效率低下、礦山壓力難以控制等。戈塘微細(xì)浸染型金礦又被稱(chēng)為復(fù)雜難采選金礦,其復(fù)雜性主要表現(xiàn)在礦體賦存狀態(tài)復(fù)雜、頂板穩(wěn)固性差、底板波動(dòng)變化規(guī)律性差、開(kāi)采損失貧化難以控制。導(dǎo)致金礦的邊界勘定難度大,礦山的壓力控制難以控制、采礦效率低下,給礦山的管理和高效開(kāi)發(fā)利用帶來(lái)了很大的困難。本文以國(guó)家“十二五”科技支撐項(xiàng)目(2012BAB08B00)“大型金礦綠色采選冶技術(shù)研究及示范”的子課題(2012BAB08B06)“微細(xì)浸染型難采選金礦高效開(kāi)發(fā)利用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”為依托,根據(jù)安龍縣戈塘金礦復(fù)雜的礦床形態(tài)與地質(zhì)條件,采用3DMine、FLAC3D、RFPA等軟件進(jìn)行礦體建模及巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析研究。(1)結(jié)合礦山的地質(zhì)資料,通過(guò)3DMine工程軟件,建立劃定研究區(qū)域的地質(zhì)模型,這樣可以很直觀、清晰地將地質(zhì)信息呈現(xiàn)出來(lái),方便下一步礦山開(kāi)采模型、巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析等模型的建立及分析。(2)通過(guò)分析地質(zhì)模型,結(jié)合礦山的鉆孔資料,建立鉆孔數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),進(jìn)一步分析礦體的形態(tài)、賦存狀態(tài),將建立礦山的開(kāi)采三維模型。(3)通過(guò)分析三維地質(zhì)模型和開(kāi)采三維模型,選擇剖面建立巷道地質(zhì)力學(xué)模型,進(jìn)一步分析開(kāi)采擾動(dòng)下巷道圍巖的穩(wěn)定性。通過(guò)上述戈塘金礦開(kāi)采三維建模及圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析研究,可為礦山提高開(kāi)采效率、控制礦山壓力提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The micro-disseminated gold deposit is also known as Carlin type gold deposit. Because of the complex shape of ore deposit and the indistinct boundary between orebody and surrounding rock, it is difficult to develop and utilize this type of gold deposit efficiently. As a typical fine disseminated gold deposit, Gotang gold deposit is complex and difficult to be mined. Because of the complex occurrence of orebody, the poor stability of roof and the bad variation law of floor fluctuation, there are common problems in mining process of micro-disseminated gold deposit, such as the difficulty of controlling mining loss and dilution, and the low mining efficiency. The mine pressure is difficult to control. Getang micro-disseminated gold deposit is also called complex refractory gold deposit. Its complexity mainly lies in the complex occurrence of orebody, the poor stability of roof, the poor regularity of fluctuation of bottom plate, and the difficulty of controlling mining loss and dilution. As a result, the boundary of the gold deposit is difficult to be determined, the pressure control of the mine is difficult to control, and the mining efficiency is low, which brings great difficulties to the management of the mine and the efficient development and utilization of the mine. This paper is based on the research on the key technologies of high efficiency exploitation and utilization of fine disseminated refractory gold deposits, which is a sub-project of the National "12th Five-Year Plan" (2012BAB08B00), "Research and demonstration of Green Mining and Metallurgical Technology of large Gold ores" (2012BAB08B06). According to the complex ore deposit morphology and geological conditions of Gotang gold deposit in Anlong County, ore body modeling and stability analysis of roadway surrounding rock are carried out by using 3DMineine FLAC3DRFPA and other softwares. (1) combined with the geological data of the mine, through the 3DMine engineering software, A geological model is established to delineate the study area, so that geological information can be presented intuitively and clearly, thus facilitating the next mining model. (2) by analyzing the geological model and the drilling data of the mine, the borehole database is established to further analyze the shape and occurrence state of the orebody. (3) through analyzing 3D geological model and mining 3D model, selecting section to establish roadway geomechanical model, further analyzing the stability of roadway surrounding rock under mining disturbance. Through the 3D modeling and the stability analysis of surrounding rock in Gotang gold mine mentioned above, it can provide a reference for mine to improve mining efficiency and control mine pressure.
