【摘要】：對采選聯(lián)合優(yōu)化的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵及發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了論述,指出采選聯(lián)合優(yōu)化的理念是將采礦與選礦進(jìn)行綜合考慮,達(dá)到總成本最優(yōu)。闡述了計算機(jī)模擬分析技術(shù)在采選聯(lián)合優(yōu)化中所發(fā)揮的關(guān)鍵作用,并分項論述了各類模擬分析技術(shù)的用途及特點。總結(jié)了爆破參數(shù)對下游破磨效率的影響規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)炸藥單耗起著決定性的作用,而臺階高度、炸藥爆速等也對機(jī)械破磨效率存在一定的影響。展望了采選聯(lián)合優(yōu)化的發(fā)展趨勢,指出了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)及海量數(shù)據(jù)深度分析技術(shù)將在未來采選聯(lián)合優(yōu)化設(shè)計中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the scientific connotation and development course of combined optimization of mining and dressing, and points out that the idea of joint optimization of mining and dressing is to consider mining and mineral processing comprehensively and to achieve the optimum total cost. This paper expounds the key role of computer simulation and analysis technology in the joint optimization of mining and dressing, and discusses separately the use and characteristics of all kinds of simulation and analysis techniques. The influence of blasting parameters on the grinding efficiency downstream is summarized. It is found that the unit consumption of explosive plays a decisive role, and the height of step and explosive detonation speed also have some influence on the efficiency of mechanical crushing and grinding. The development trend of joint optimization of mining and dressing is prospected, and it is pointed out that the technology of Internet of things and depth analysis of massive data will play an important role in the joint optimization design of mining and dressing in the future.
