低溫等離子體在礦物加工領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:基于表面性質(zhì)在礦物加工領(lǐng)域的重要性及低溫等離子體的改性優(yōu)勢,從產(chǎn)生方式、改性原理和應(yīng)用途徑3個(gè)方面綜述了低溫等離子體在礦物加工領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。低溫等離子體具有足夠高的能量可使反應(yīng)物分子激發(fā)、離解和電離,破壞材料中的化學(xué)鍵,可以快速脫除煤中有機(jī)質(zhì)而不破壞礦物組成,使有機(jī)質(zhì)被活性氧氧化、脫除,得到性質(zhì)基本未變的礦物質(zhì),為分析煤中礦物質(zhì)的組成,無機(jī)質(zhì)基本性質(zhì)提供了良好的條件;等離子體環(huán)境下,不同礦物的表面改性行為不同,可以擴(kuò)展不同礦物的表面性質(zhì)差異,為難浮礦物的分選提供了新途徑;等離子體產(chǎn)生臭氧具有很強(qiáng)的活性,可與廢水中的有機(jī)藥劑反應(yīng),能有效降解廢水中的有機(jī)藥劑殘留,并可用于浮選、煤泥水處理藥劑的改性等方面,應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:Based on the importance of surface properties in the field of mineral processing and the advantages of low temperature plasma modification, the applications of low temperature plasma in mineral processing are reviewed from three aspects: generation mode, modification principle and application approach. The low temperature plasma has sufficient energy to excite, dissociate and ionize the reactants, destroy the chemical bonds in the materials, remove the organic matter from coal quickly without destroying the mineral composition, and make the organic matter oxidized and removed by reactive oxygen species. The basic properties of minerals have been obtained, which provides a good condition for analyzing the composition of minerals and the basic properties of inorganic substances in coal. In the plasma environment, the surface modification behavior of different minerals is different. It can expand the difference of surface properties of different minerals and provide a new way for the separation of refractory minerals. The ozone produced by plasma has very strong activity and can react with organic chemicals in wastewater, which can effectively degrade the residues of organic chemicals in wastewater. And can be used in flotation, coal slurry treatment agent modification and so on, the application prospect is broad.
