旋流微泡浮選柱在臨渙選煤廠分選高灰細(xì)粒煤泥的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:機(jī)械化采煤技術(shù)及重介分選工藝的不斷推廣,使得浮選入料粒度偏細(xì)、灰分偏高,F(xiàn)如今,許多選煤廠都面臨浮選系統(tǒng)精煤灰分超標(biāo)的難題,必然也會面臨重介背灰的問題,進(jìn)而影響選煤廠的正常生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文依托于臨渙選煤廠的現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)情況,以許疃煤樣為研究對象,主要針對浮選系統(tǒng)的問題進(jìn)行分析與研究,提出解決精煤灰分超標(biāo)的改造方案。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)浮選系統(tǒng)存在的主要問題是浮選機(jī)精煤灰分超標(biāo),約在11.5%左右,而選煤廠對浮選精煤灰分的要求是10.0-11.0%,其中三、四室精煤灰分超標(biāo)的現(xiàn)象尤其明顯。通過實驗室小浮選機(jī)的煤泥浮選速率實驗,模擬現(xiàn)場浮選機(jī)的實際工作情況,從而揭示現(xiàn)場浮選機(jī)三、四室精煤灰分偏高的原因。本論文旨在降低浮選精煤灰分,分別對浮選系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了兩種改造。第一種:采用二次浮選的方法,分別采用浮選機(jī)或FCMC進(jìn)行二次浮選。分析現(xiàn)場二次浮選數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn):該種改造方案可降低浮選精煤灰分,使用FCMC進(jìn)行二次浮選的效果優(yōu)于浮選機(jī)。但是,經(jīng)該種方案改造后,其最終精煤灰分約11.0%左右,精煤灰分依然相對偏高。第二種:采用FCMC進(jìn)行一次浮選。在實驗室條件下進(jìn)行了FCMC的探索性實驗,證明使用FCMC可獲得精煤灰分介于10.0%-11.0%的合格精煤,分選效果良好,F(xiàn)場FCMC一次浮選的應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:精煤灰分介于10.0%-11.0%之間,能較好的滿足選煤廠對精煤灰分的要求。采用FCMC進(jìn)行一次浮選,解決了浮選精煤灰分超標(biāo)的難題,減輕了重介背灰的壓力。本文研究結(jié)果表明:使用浮選機(jī)或FCMC二次浮選可進(jìn)一步降低浮選精煤的灰分,但總精煤灰分仍然偏高;采用FCMC一次浮選即可顯著改善浮選效果,降低總精煤灰分,滿足選煤廠對精煤灰分的要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of mechanized coal mining technology and heavy medium separation technology, the particle size and ash content of flotation feed are smaller and higher. Nowadays, many coal preparation plants are faced with the problem that the ash content of the flotation system exceeds the standard, and will inevitably face the problem of heavy medium back ash, which will affect the normal production and economic benefit of the coal preparation plant. Based on the field production situation of Linhuan Coal preparation Plant, this paper takes Xutuan coal sample as the research object, mainly analyzes and studies the problems of flotation system, and puts forward a reform scheme to solve the problem of ash content exceeding the standard of clean coal. Through analysis, it is found that the main problem of flotation system is that the ash content of flotation machine is over the standard, about 11.5%, and the requirement of coal preparation plant is 10.0-11.0, especially the phenomenon that the ash content of three and four rooms of clean coal exceeds the standard. Through the experiment of coal slime flotation rate of small flotation machine in laboratory, the actual working condition of field flotation machine is simulated, and the reason of high ash content of clean coal in three and four rooms of field flotation machine is revealed. The aim of this paper is to reduce ash content of floatation coal. Two kinds of revamping of flotation system have been carried out respectively. The first one is secondary flotation with flotation machine or FCMC. By analyzing the data of secondary flotation on site, it is found that the modified scheme can reduce ash content of flotation concentrate coal, and the effect of secondary flotation with FCMC is better than that of flotation machine. However, the final ash content of the refined coal is about 11.0%, and the ash content of the clean coal is still relatively high. The second kind: FCMC is used to carry on the primary flotation. The exploratory experiment of FCMC was carried out in the laboratory. It was proved that the clean coal with ash content of 10.0% -11.0% could be obtained by using FCMC, and the separation effect was good. The application results of FCMC primary flotation show that the ash content of clean coal is between 10.0- 11.0%, which can meet the requirements of coal preparation plant for clean coal ash. The problem of ash content exceeding the standard was solved by using FCMC, and the pressure of heavy medium back ash was reduced. The results show that the ash content of concentrate coal can be further reduced by using flotation machine or FCMC secondary flotation, but the ash content of total clean coal is still high, and the effect of flotation can be improved and the ash content of total clean coal can be reduced by using FCMC primary flotation. Meet the ash requirements of coal preparation plant.
