煤礦立井箕斗定重稱載系統(tǒng)性能研究
[Abstract]:Accurate weighing and reliable operation are the key problems in upgrading and reforming the skip loading system of coal mine vertical shaft. In this paper, the hydraulic weighing and weighing system of Wang Shi au Coal Mine in Tongchuan City is taken as the research object, and the AMESim hydraulic simulation technology is adopted. The process of constant weight weighing is simulated, and the factors influencing the performance of weighing system are analyzed. The main research contents are as follows: (1) according to the working principle and system composition of the constant weight weighing hydraulic system, the logical control relationship between the hydraulic components in the weighing process is analyzed, and the AMESim hydraulic simulation model is established. (2) the constant weight weighing process is simulated. The results show that the lifting speed of the hydraulic cylinder is stable, the piston of the cylinder is smaller than the falling displacement during the loading process, the weighing error of the fixed load is less than 0.09, and the accuracy and stiffness of the system meet the requirements. The pressure shock produced in the weighing process is less than 1.5 times of the working pressure of the system, and the system can work safely. (3) the dynamic performance, measurement error and stiffness of the weighing system are measured, and the length and inner diameter of the hydraulic system pipeline are analyzed. The effect of loading process on system performance. The corresponding relationship between the system performance index and pipe length and inner diameter is established, which provides the basis for selecting the appropriate pipeline according to the system performance index. The simulation model established in this paper can realize the simulation and performance analysis of the hydraulic system. The research results provide a reference for the improvement of the system.
