錳包覆羥基磷灰?guī)r去除高砷酸礦水及Matlab遷移數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:酸礦廢水中砷來自砷硫化物的氧化釋放,它們導(dǎo)致地表和地下水出現(xiàn)高砷,對環(huán)境和當?shù)厝祟愒斐赏{。本文采用羥基磷灰?guī)r和砷(V)分別作為堿性介質(zhì)和污染物。通過在骨炭表面建立不同程度的錳包覆層,開展包覆層對吸附行為的調(diào)查。采用柱實驗調(diào)查砷(V)在骨炭中的遷移行為,并建立起相應(yīng)的滯留能力與包覆層發(fā)育之間的定量關(guān)系。開展五因素三水平27組析因?qū)嶒?調(diào)查Fe、Al、Mn三種常見陽離子對砷遷移行為影響。并運用Matlab軟件進行遷移數(shù)值模擬。主要研究結(jié)果如下:(1)錳包覆層可以有效地提高骨炭對砷(V)的吸附能力,并且吸附量是新鮮骨炭的78倍。(2)在相同的解吸條件下,錳包覆層比新鮮骨炭能夠固定更多的砷(V)。各種錳包覆骨炭解吸砷的比例是吸附砷的量的0.02-0.6%,這優(yōu)于新鮮骨炭(30%)。在錳包覆量高的骨炭(B5,B6和B7)發(fā)現(xiàn)兩個解吸過程。(3)骨炭對砷的滯留能力與錳包覆量呈正比關(guān)系,其中滯留因子(Y)=15.1X+19.8。(4)錳包覆骨炭的中和能力隨著骨炭包覆量增大而減小。錳包覆骨炭具有強的抗酸抗堿能力。骨炭中的磷酸鹽釋放相對于鈣是抑制的,這由于H2PO3-和Mn2+的表面沉淀。(5)利用Matlab可以很好的模擬As(V)在多孔介質(zhì)骨炭中的遷移數(shù)值,具有潛在的預(yù)測應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Arsenic in acid mine wastewater comes from the oxidative release of arsenic sulphide, which leads to the appearance of high arsenic in the surface and groundwater, which is a threat to the environment and local people. Hydroxy phosphate limestone and arsenic (V) are used as alkaline medium and pollutant respectively. The adsorption behavior of the coating layer was investigated by establishing different manganese coating layers on the bone carbon surface. The migration behavior of arsenic (V) in bone charcoal was investigated by column experiment, and the quantitative relationship between retention capacity and cladding development was established. The effects of three common cations of Fe,Al,Mn on arsenic migration were investigated in 27 groups with five factors and three levels. The migration numerical simulation is carried out with Matlab software. The main results are as follows: (1) Manganese coated layer can effectively improve the adsorption capacity of as (V) by bone charcoal, and the adsorption amount is 78 times that of fresh bone charcoal. (2) under the same desorption condition, manganese coated layer can fix more arsenic (V). Than fresh bone charcoal. The desorption ratio of various manganese coated bone charcoal is 0.02-0.6 of the amount of arsenic adsorbed, which is better than fresh bone charcoal (30%). Two desorption processes were found in bone carbon with high manganese content (B5, B6 and B7). (3) the retention capacity of bone charcoal to arsenic was proportional to the amount of manganese coating, and the retention factor (Y) was 15.1X 19.8. (4) the neutralization ability of bone carbon coated with manganese decreased with the increase of the amount of bone carbon. Manganese coated bone charcoal has strong acid resistance and alkali resistance. Phosphate release from bone charcoal is inhibited relative to calcium, due to the surface precipitation of H _ 2PO _ 3- and Mn2. (5) the migration of As (V) in porous medium can be well simulated by using Matlab, which has a potential application prospect.
