基于層理影響的煤樣加載過(guò)程聲發(fā)射差異性分析

【摘要】:為了探究層理對(duì)煤礦開(kāi)采過(guò)程中煤巖聲發(fā)射特征的影響,在寺河礦采集煤樣,根據(jù)煤樣制作要求,分別沿軸向垂直層理方向和平行層理方向加工煤樣。利用RMT-150B巖石力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)和CDAE-1全數(shù)字化聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)及分析系統(tǒng),對(duì)煤樣加載過(guò)程中的應(yīng)力 應(yīng)變、聲發(fā)射特征進(jìn)行測(cè)試分析。測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示:軸向垂直層理煤樣不僅具有較高的巖石力學(xué)強(qiáng)度和聲發(fā)射強(qiáng)度,而且聲發(fā)射特征具有較強(qiáng)的突變性和滯后性。聲發(fā)射特征的差異性體現(xiàn)了在加載過(guò)程中,軸向垂直層理煤樣以整體變形、破壞為主,軸向平行層理煤樣以局部變形、破壞為主,這為煤礦井下動(dòng)力災(zāi)害的監(jiān)測(cè)、預(yù)報(bào)提供了指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the influence of stratification on the characteristics of acoustic emission of coal and rock in coal mining process, coal samples were collected in Sihe Coal Mine and processed along the direction of axial vertical stratification and parallel stratification, respectively, according to the requirements of coal sample making. Using RMT-150B rock mechanics experimental system and CDAE-1 full digital acoustic emission detection and analysis system, the stress and strain and acoustic emission characteristics of coal samples during loading are tested and analyzed. The test results show that the axial vertical stratified coal samples not only have high rock mechanical strength and acoustic emission intensity, but also have strong mutation and lag characteristics. The difference of acoustic emission characteristics shows that in the loading process, the axial vertical stratified coal samples are mainly deformed and destroyed, while the axial parallel bedding coal samples are local deformation and destruction, which is the monitoring of underground dynamic disasters. The forecast provides guidance.
