平朔二礦11~#煤層首采面礦壓規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:平朔二礦1103采面為11煤的首采工作面,1103采面需要在近距離9煤采空區(qū)及遺留煤柱下進行開采。近距離采空區(qū)下大采高綜采技術(shù)在平朔礦區(qū)屬于首次應(yīng)用,首采面礦壓規(guī)律的總結(jié)對其他工作面的后續(xù)開采具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。同時由于開采條件特殊,礦壓規(guī)律較復(fù)雜,需要獲得大量的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)。人工分析不僅工作量大,而且準確率和效率將會非常低,需要開發(fā)礦壓規(guī)律分析軟件來實現(xiàn)來壓參數(shù)及支架運行參數(shù)的自動化分析。論文針對1103采面,采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)研、試驗室煤巖物理力學參數(shù)測定、現(xiàn)場礦壓監(jiān)測和理論分析的方法研究了該工作面的礦壓規(guī)律,F(xiàn)場調(diào)研取樣,獲得井工二礦地質(zhì)資料概況以及11煤和頂板巖石試件,在學校試驗室采用W4—130型萬能試驗機、YES-200型數(shù)顯單軸壓縮試驗機和YJ—5型電阻應(yīng)變儀,通過單軸抗壓強度試驗和劈裂法抗拉試驗測定煤巖試件的物理力學指標。通過現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,獲得支架工作阻力、頂?shù)装逡平约安擅嫫瑤兔绊斍闆r。運用VB語言開發(fā)礦壓規(guī)律分析軟件,通過獲得的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)計算1103采面的來壓步距及來壓強度等一系列來壓參數(shù)和支架運行參數(shù)。最后通過分析數(shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果總結(jié)1103采面的礦壓規(guī)律。論文成功總結(jié)了1103采面的礦壓規(guī)律,同時對支架適用性進行了評價總結(jié)。研究成果對該礦具有重要意義,不僅為后續(xù)工作面安全生產(chǎn)提供了重要依據(jù),也為后續(xù)支架選型提供了參考。同時國內(nèi)對VB語言開發(fā)軟件分析礦壓規(guī)律的研究較少,可以為其他礦井礦壓規(guī)律研究方法的選擇提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The 1103 face of Pingshuo No.2 Mine is the first mining face of 11 coal, and the 1103 face needs to be mined in the close distance 9 coal goaf and under the remaining coal pillar. Fully-mechanized mining technology with large mining height under close goaf is the first time to be applied in Pingshuo mining area. The summary of the law of mine pressure on the first mining face has important guiding significance for the subsequent mining of other working faces. At the same time, because of the special mining conditions and complex rules of mine pressure, a large number of field monitoring data need to be obtained. Manual analysis is not only a heavy workload, but also the accuracy and efficiency will be very low. It is necessary to develop the analytical software to realize the automatic analysis of the pressure parameters and the operating parameters of the support. Aiming at the 1103 mining face, this paper studies the law of mine pressure in this working face by means of field investigation, physical and mechanical parameters measurement of coal and rock in laboratory, on-site monitoring of mine pressure and theoretical analysis. Through field investigation and sampling, the geological data of Jinggong No.2 Mine and 11 coal and roof rock samples were obtained. W4-130 universal testing machine, YES-200 digital display uniaxial compression tester and YJ-5 resistance strain gauge were used in the school laboratory. The physical and mechanical indexes of coal and rock specimens were measured by uniaxial compressive strength test and splitting tensile test. Through the field monitoring, the working resistance of the support, the roof and bottom plate moving close and the roof falling from the mining face are obtained. By using VB language to develop the analysis software of rock pressure law, a series of pressure parameters and support operation parameters, such as the pressure step distance and pressure intensity of 1103 mining face, are calculated by the monitoring data obtained. Finally, the rock pressure law of 1103 mining face is summarized by analyzing the data processing results. In this paper, the rock pressure law of 1103 face is summarized successfully, and the applicability of the support is evaluated and summarized at the same time. The research results are of great significance to the mine, which not only provides an important basis for the safety production of the subsequent working face, but also provides a reference for the selection of the follow-up support. At the same time, there are few researches on the analysis of mine pressure law by VB language, which can be used as a reference for other mine pressure law research methods.
