磨煤機輥套雙金屬臥式離心復合鑄造充型及凝固規(guī)律

【摘要】:運用ProCAST鑄造模擬軟件對磨煤機輥套的雙金屬臥式離心復合鑄造工藝的充型和凝固過程進行模擬。外層金屬是臥式離心鑄造,三維建模時不建立澆注系統(tǒng),澆道位置選在輥套外層內表面,旋轉軸設定為與重力方向垂直;內層金屬為重力鑄造,澆道設置在鑄型小徑端。結果表明,外層金屬澆注時,金屬液進入鑄型后首先以與鑄型運動相反的方向到達鑄型直徑大的一端,然后分流量不同的兩股充填鑄型的大端,兩股金屬液匯合后以螺旋線形式充填鑄型。不同時刻磨煤機輥套外層金屬凝固過程的溫度變化均從外向內依次降低。內層金屬充填時金屬液以與重力相同的方向充填到鑄型的大徑端,然后分為兩股流量相同的金屬充填大徑端,兩股金屬液匯合后鑄件液面穩(wěn)定上升并充滿整個型腔。
[Abstract]:The mold filling and solidification process of bimetallic horizontal centrifugal compound casting process of roller sleeve of coal mill were simulated by ProCAST software. The outer metal is horizontal centrifugal casting, the gating system is not established in 3D modeling, the runner is located on the outer surface of the roller sleeve, the rotation axis is set to be perpendicular to the gravity direction, the inner layer metal is gravity casting, and the sprue is arranged at the end of the mold path. The results show that when the outer metal is poured into the mold, the liquid metal first reaches the end of the mold with large diameter in the opposite direction from the movement of the mold, and then divides the two strands of the mold with different flux to fill the big end of the mold. The two strands of molten metal converge and fill the mold in the form of spiral lines. The temperature change of the outer metal solidification process of the roller sleeve decreases from outside to inside at different times. When the inner layer is filled with metal, the liquid metal is filled in the same direction as gravity to the big diameter end of the mold, then it is divided into two large diameter ends of metal filling with the same flow rate. The liquid surface of the casting rises steadily and fills the whole cavity after the two metal liquids converge.
