采場結構參數優(yōu)化與驗證

【摘要】:合理設置采場結構參數是礦山企業(yè)需解決的技術難題。以大新錳礦西北采區(qū)+340 m中段的采礦工程為背景,采用Mathew圖法驗核現有采場設計參數的合理性,優(yōu)化了采場結構參數。研究結果為:1礦山礦柱尺寸選取合理,能夠保證開采安全;2礦塊斜長為60 m時,Ⅰ礦與Ⅱ、Ⅲ礦的礦房沿走向的極限寬度理論計算值分別為13.5,10.8 m;建議在今后采礦設計中礦房寬度取9 m;3合理布置西北采區(qū)Ⅱ、Ⅲ礦礦柱與Ⅰ礦礦房采空區(qū)位置,使之達到上下對應,減少礦柱不合理布置帶來的安全隱患。
