我國高純石英制備技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:高純石英是制備光導(dǎo)纖維、石英坩堝、大口徑石英管、單晶和多晶硅的重要原料,并在光纖通信、光伏、功能陶瓷、電子、航空航天等高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)中具有不可取代地位。本文闡述了高純石英的基本特性,對國內(nèi)高純石英制備技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀進行概述,并對我國高純石英制備工藝的發(fā)展方向提出科學的建議。
[Abstract]:High purity quartz is an important raw material for the preparation of optical fiber, quartz crucible, large-caliber quartz tube, single crystal and polysilicon, and has an irreplaceable position in high and new technology industries such as optical fiber communication, photovoltaic, functional ceramics, electronics, aerospace and so on. This paper describes the basic characteristics of high purity quartz, summarizes the present situation of preparation technology of high purity quartz in China, and puts forward some scientific suggestions for the development of high purity quartz preparation technology in China.
